Elliot is the Commercial Director for Assurant Europe, responsible for the strategic development and optimisation of Assurant’s device protection portfolio across Banking, Retail and Mobile Network Operators. With over 20 years experience in the Insurance sector, Elliot has held a wide range of roles at Assurant including European Partnership Development, Contract Management & Sourcing, M&A and Corporate Strategy. With a specialism in embedded Insurance dating back to 2006, Elliot was part of the team that set up Assurant’s largest digital retail protection scheme in Europe.

In her current role as CTO, she leads high-performing engineering teams that build resilient systems powering internal and external users worldwide. Carolyn has pioneered multiple enterprise-level technology rollouts that accelerated time-to-market and significantly reduced operational costs. Dr Trisha Shamp
Dr Trisha Shamp is Vice President of Medical Services for Nucleus Network’s US clinical research unit and brings over 20 years of leadership in Phase 1 to 4 clinical trials. A globally recognized leader in renal pharmacokinetics, she is sought after by pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors for her expertise in renal PK study design, execution, and regulatory strategy. Under her direction, Nucleus Network’s Minneapolis site has built a state-of-the-art dialysis program supporting renal impairment studies, and she has been instrumental in accelerating proof-of-concept studies from preclinical discovery to early-phase clinical validation. She continues to practise critical care medicine, holds certifications as a Cardiovascular PA, in Hemodialysis, and in Adult ECMO, and is passionate about integrating artificial intelligence into clinical trial design.
Dr Graham Wood, PhD
Dr Graham Wood is Chief Scientific Officer at Nucleus Network and brings over 26 years of clinical research experience to the role. He provides global scientific leadership, advising clients on clinical pharmacology study design and overseeing complex studies, with a particular focus on the Minneapolis clinic. He holds a PhD in Neurology and Neurosurgery from McGill University and has contributed to more than 350 first-in-human studies and over 2,000 trials in clinical pharmacology. His career includes senior executive roles in leading clinical research organizations and biotechnology companies, and his strategic leadership and operational focus continue to drive innovation across Nucleus Network’s global operations.
Leanne Duckenfield
With over 20 years of experience in customer sales, service and success, Leanne brings a practical, human-centred perspective to digital transformation in insurance. She has spent the past six years with the Staysure group organisation, leading digital customer service teams across the UK and Sri Lanka and now designing conversational AI experiences that simplify complex processes and better meet customer needs.
Combining frontline and leadership experience, Leanne understands both customer expectations and operational challenges. This informs her approach to creating AI-driven interactions that are efficient, empathetic, and trustworthy.
Leanne’s work focuses on improving customer outcomes, streamlining service delivery, and ensuring conversational AI delivers meaningful business value.

Kimberly Prabhu, CCRP, CCRA
Kimberly Prabhu is a clinical research and quality professional with deep experience across global clinical programmes in oncology, rare diseases, ophthalmology, and radiopharmaceuticals, spanning Phase I through IV. She specialises in inspection readiness (FDA, EMA, MHRA, Health Canada, TGA) and quality systems oversight, including GCP compliance, TMF management, risk-based monitoring, and CAPA oversight. Certified as CCRP and CCRA, Kimberly has led cross-functional teams as a VP/Director-level clinical leader. She is President and Founder of KRP Scientific Inc. and serves as US Clinical Quality Partner for The QARP Academy.
