David de Wit has 20 years of experience across general management, operations, and sales, and brings deep expertise and a practical, people-focused leadership style. David’s background spans logistics, express, air and road freight, warehousing, value-added logistics services, contract logistics, time-critical services, and e-commerce. He currently serves as Regional Director, Specialty Solutions at Cencora 3PL, and holds an MBA from Radboud University.

Odet Kamarzarian is the Senior Director of Pricing and Vendor Partnerships at Biorasi, a global clinical research organization supporting biopharmaceutical development worldwide. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in clinical research, Odet specializes in pricing strategy, corporate development, financial analysis, contract negotiations, and vendor partnerships. Throughout her career, she has held executive and senior leadership roles across clinical research organizations, leading global proposal development, strategic contracting, and financial operations. Odet is recognized for her ability to align commercial strategy with operational excellence, helping organizations drive profitability, strengthen partnerships, and deliver successful clinical trial outcomes.

With more than 20 years’ experience across industry, the NHS and the NIHR, Tanya brings extensive experience in commercial clinical research, spanning CRO, NHS R&D, research delivery and national NIHR roles. Throughout her career, she has focused on strengthening collaboration between industry, the NHS and the UK’s clinical research infrastructure to improve the UK’s attractiveness for commercial research.

As a member of the UKCRF Network Senior Leadership Team, Tanya leads the Network’s strategic engagement with industry and works through the NIHR Industry Hub to support a more coordinated national approach to commercial research. She works with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, CROs and partners across the UK research system to accelerate commercial experimental medicine research by improving feasibility, study set-up and delivery.

Working across the wider NIHR infrastructure, Tanya helps develop a more coordinated national offer for industry, supporting sponsors to navigate the UK research landscape and access the expertise, facilities and capabilities required to deliver innovative early-phase and complex clinical trials. Her work supports the UK’s wider life sciences ambitions by improving the speed, predictability and attractiveness of commercial research delivery.

Tanya represents the NIHR Industry Hub and UKCRF Network at national and international industry meetings and conferences, building relationships with life sciences companies and partners and promoting the UK’s capabilities in commercial clinical research and experimental medicine.

Thejas Srinivasan is Americas Market Sustainability Manager at ExxonMobil, with 15 years of experience across sales, marketing, strategy and sustainability. He has held several roles supporting the mining sector and currently focuses on sustainability strategy and solutions that can help improve operational efficiency and environmental performance. He holds an MBA and a degree in mechanical engineering.
