With over 15 years of experience in Clinical Data Management, Bao leads business strategy and vendor operations for Takeda’s Clinical Data Management, Clinical Data Engineering, and Clinical Data Standards groups, driving organizational growth, managing global FSP partnerships, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration. As a member of the 2024–2025 OCT Advisory Board, Bao brings expertise in clinical outsourcing, strategic vendor partnerships, and RFP process optimization, providing a fresh vision for the organization.

Beyond professional achievements, Bao is dedicated to fostering collaboration and investing in the local community. As a partner of The Town FC and a Silicon Valley angel investor, Bao champions ventures that advance sustainable growth, youth enrichment, and innovation in technology.’

Hannah Zara Hans, MPharm, PG Clin Dip, EMBA, is the Director for Immunology at GlobalData, London. Hannah has over 13 years of experience in pharma and the clinical setting. She has experience in medical and commercial strategy across a breadth of therapy areas for products at various stages of development. Before Joining GlobalData, Hannah spent nine years at GSK working across therapy areas including Respiratory, HIV, and Early Assets. Her pharma experience included working on launch, competitor, and external engagement strategies for Respiratory and Infectious Diseases. Most recently, Hannah completed a secondment within the commercial Early Asset Portfolio Strategy team at GSK. Additionally, Hannah worked as a Clinical Pharmacist for four years within the hospital setting and a Clinical Commissioning Group in Manchester. Hannah holds a Master of Pharmacy from the University of Kent, a Post-Graduate Clinical Diploma from the University of Bradford, and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from London Business School.

Stuart is a Director in the EY Financial Service AI and Data team, leading a growing capability in  the EY Edinburgh office.   Stuart’s current areas of focus include advising on emerging Data and AI Risks and leading our engagement with Scotland’s vibrant FinTech ecosystem.

Chris is an experienced C-level leader who, since 2018, has been working as Chief Business Development Officer at Lectura GmbH, a pioneering company in the field of equipment data insights & intelligence since 1984.

After graduating in International Business Administration & Management from Fontys University in the Netherlands, Chris founded, ran and sold his online leasing comparison platform and remained grounded in the asset-leasing finance industry.

Trish is responsible for delivering the Financial Innovation and Regulation Lab. Trish has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles  focussed on digital service delivery across the private and public sector and was responsible for the Scottish Government incubator programme Civtech. She won the Scottish Public Sector’s Leadership Award for her work during the pandemic.

With 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including over 5 years in non-clinical pharmacology and nearly a decade in clinical development, Sangwoo Lee has managed more than 10 clinical studies across both international sites (United States, Australia, Indonesia, and Singapore) and domestic settings in South Korea.
