Michel Cochennec

After 26 years spent in the French Navy at sea on various frigates, aircraft-carriers, and nuclear attack submarines as Executive Officer, Michel Cochennec joined the Headquarter and specified the future combat information system and Barracuda submarines Class.

​Then he joined CMA CGM for creating its Fleet Navigation Center and Operation Department, monitoring around 500 owned and chartered vessels.

​Michel joined Ascenz Marorka in 2022, and is now in charge to develop the Weather Routing system and mariners teams, and specifies other modules relative to Shipping activities.​

Hugo Guérin

Former Officer on board crude oil & LNG carriers, Hugo Guérin was a Dock Master for ship repair yard and was responsible for vessel’s docking in Marseille’s dry-dock facilities including largest Mediterranean 465m dry-dock. Then he joined Ascenz Marorka in 2023, a GTT company that provides Smart Shipping solutions, as a Lead Analyst Officer at the Real-Time Fleet Performance Monitoring Centre.​

Serena Lim

Serena Lim is the smart ship advisor and customer success manager of Ascenz Marorka. Her background is in offshore engineering with a doctorate in marine hydrodynamics. Prior to joining the GTT Group, she spend 10 year in the academia learning, teaching and research in the marine field with Newcastle University.​

Darren has been helping organisations with their CX Strategy and Voice of the Customer programmes for the last 14 years. With a particular interest in ensuring insights lead to actual action, he works with organisations to ensure VoC delivers real ROI and customers experience genuinely improved experiences as a result.

David Gibboni

Dr David Gibboni has been part of the clinical research community for 15 years, with experience on the vendor side of outsourcing selling services to pharma clients, and on the sponsor side as a senior manager for an oncology-focused global pharma company. His consulting business, DJGibboni Consulting LLC, offers sales. business development, and outsourcing consultation for vendors in the clinical research arena, tapping his vast network of industry connections.

David Sherris

Dr. Sherris has over 30 years’ experience in translational medicine involving basic research, pharmaceutics and diagnostics.  Dr. Sherris has been a successful serial entrepreneur developing biotechnology companies from the ground up, devising corporate strategy, enacting programs and carrying companies through funding and acquisition with six exits working with venture capital, investment banks and angel investors.  Dr. Sherris has been employed by pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to manage external (academic groups and contract research organizations) and internal (directly manage, augment and expand internal scientific programs) research and development. Dr. Sherris has been a frequently invited guest speaker at biopharmaceutical business and scientific conferences, a published author and holder of patents in a wide range of therapeutic areas including oncology, ophthalmology, dermatology, neurology, gene therapy and infectious disease.

Derek Pu

Derek is the Director of R&D Procurement in Servier Pharmaceuticals, located in Boston area. Before that Derek worked for Biogen for 5 years managing clinical strategic sourcing.
