Vratislav Kříž is the Head of Mobile Banking at Raiffeisenbank, one of the Czech Republic’s leading banks known for its commitment to digital innovation. With over 20 years of experience in banking, Vratislav serves as both the department leader and a product owner in a dynamic 25-member agile team, where he focuses on enhancing mobile banking solutions and leveraging client feedback to drive impactful improvements. His strong background in introducing agile methodologies ensures the delivery of user-centered and forward-thinking products that align with Raiffeisenbank’s mission of providing modern, accessible financial solutions.

Petr Dvořák is the founder and CEO of Wultra, a company specializing in cybersecurity for digital banking. He holds two security-related patents and co-authored the Czech QR Payment standard. Prior to founding Wultra, Petr led the mobile innovation incubator at Avast. Today, under his leadership, Wultra delivers innovative, future-proof authentication solutions that protect financial institutions worldwide from evolving digital threats.

Dominic is responsible for iProov’s technology vision, strategy, and roadmap which includes the design and development of its cloud-based infrastructure.

He joined iProov from mBlox Inc., in 2013 where as Senior Vice President he led a team of developers across three continents where he oversaw the development and scalability of the platform seamlessly running over 6 billion transitions per year.

Dominic has more than 25 years of experience in senior roles in telecommunications companies and internet service providers managing the implementation of large-scale projects including the launch of NTL’s broadband service to over two million customers.

With 25 years’ experience in software and web application development, Eugene is a seasoned entrepreneur who has co-founded/founded 3 start-ups and is a trailblazer in his field. As the CTO/Co-Founder at ScreenMeet, Eugene was the main developer and architect of the first version of the software that is making the virtual-first real-time customer engagement platform a reality. An early AWS adopter with extensive experience in cloud technology, and an expert on distributed systems, he leads the company’s technology strategy and vision.

Joy has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working across a diverse range of cross-functional environments in Clinical Research & Development and Clinical Quality Management. Her expertise spans Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Vigilance Practice (GVP), Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP), and Clinical Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
Currently, Joy serves as the Head of Clinical Quality Assurance Operations for Asia Pacific and the Global Compliance Area Lead for Clinical Vendor Quality Management at CSL Limited, based in Australia.
