Zachary Eisenberg

Zachary Eisenberg has worked for Micro-Tracers, Inc. since 2011. He is the son of current President David Eisenberg and grandson of Founder Sylvan Eisenberg.

After graduating with his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in 2014, he has acted as Vice President of both Micro-Tracers, Inc. and Anresco Laboratories.

Stephen Keteltas

Stephen Keteltas earned his B.S. degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Florida State University, followed by an M.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego. With a background in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Organic Synthesis, he has accrued a decade of experience in the Manufacturing Department, with a focus on the development of SECURtracers. Stephen contributes to a range of R&D projects within the department.

Nikolay Barashkov

Dr. Nikolay Barashkov is an internationally recognized scientist with 40 years of experience in polymer chemistry, photochemistry and photophysics, as well as nanotechnology.

He earned his Master degree in polymer and organic chemistry and technology from Institute of Fine Chemical Technology, his PhD in polymer chemistry and Doctor of Sciences from Karpov Institute of Physical Chemistry.

He has co-written eight books (3 published in English, and 5 in Russian), 150+ peer-reviewed papers, and holds 30 Russian, European and US Patents. Prior to joining Micro-Tracers, Inc., Dr. Barashkov accrued extensive experience in academia and industry working on the synthesis and study of new polymer-based materials (pigments, inks, coating, active media for light-emitting diodes, lasers, plastic scintillators).

As the Director of R&D and Technical Services at Micro-Tracers, Inc. he is responsible for R&D and QC for all Micro-Tracers, including newly developed SECURtracers.

Alyssa Tabucao

Alyssa Tabucao earned her B.S. degree in Medicinal & Synthetic Chemistry from the University of San Francisco. She plays a pivotal role in overseeing the marketing, development, and improvement of SECURtracers within the company, ensuring compliance with EXCiPACT GMP and ISO 9001 regulations.

Rajeeshwaran Moorthy

Rajeeshwaran Moorthy is a distinguished TEDx speaker who recently captivated audiences with his insightful talk on the space economy and its alignment with global sustainable development goals. As a strategic foresight and space economy expert, Rajeeshwaran helps organizations navigate uncertainty by identifying and quantifying megatrends, particularly in emerging technologies like AI and the evolving space sector. His work spans corporate leadership, consulting, and academia, shaping strategies across EMEA and APAC.

As the Managing Director & Chair of Space Economy at The Chart Think Tank, Rajeeshwaran leads discussions on the intersection of business, policy, and space technologies. He is actively engaged in space-based initiatives, including the development of a Space Economy Masterclass, an upcoming book on the space economy, and collaborations with global space organizations. His expertise extends to horizon modeling and decision theaters, helping businesses future-proof their strategies in an era of rapid technological shifts.

Rajeeshwaran is also an Executive Fellow at The Digital Economist, where he contributes to thought leadership on digital transformation and sustainable innovation. Since 2015, he has delivered global lectures and workshops, integrating gamification techniques like LEGO-based strategy modeling to enhance learning experiences.
