Sara Bailey is an Oversight Director and Sr. Project Manager at PCM Trials with over 13 years of experience in clinical research, including operations at clinical research sites and decentralized clinical trials.

Sol Dominguez

Solciris Dominguez is a Trial Project Director in the University of Pittsburgh for the Division of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology, with a decade of experience in clinical research and clinical trials. She has organized, coordinated, and performed over 40 industry-sponsored and physician-initiated clinical trials. As well as, monitoring, identifying, selecting, and initiating investigational sites for clinical studies. She currently directs the MINT study, the first decentralized clinical trial of its kind in the nation at the University of Pittsburgh. Outside of work, Sol enjoys reading, exercising, spending time with family, and the beach.

Rohit Aggarwal

Dr. Aggarwal is a professor of medicine at University of Pittsburgh and medical director of Arthritis and Autoimmunity Center at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is the co-director of UPMC Myositis Center. His research and clinical areas of interest are clinical and translational research in inflammatory muscle diseases (myositis) and associated interstitial lung disease. He is the past-chair of the medical advisory board of The Myositis Association (TMA) as well as past-chair of the scientific committee of IMACS, which are the largest patient and physician groups working in the field of myositis, respectively.

Ellen Weiss

Ellen Weiss connects CROs and sponsors with right-sized hybrid and remote solutions. She has spoken on the logistical support necessary for IMP delivery and dosing, sample collection, and the services provided by clinical trial research nurses that enable alternate-site visits to be carried out with the same data quality and subject safety as on-site visits. Ellen is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and is a volunteer for the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

Francesco Fasanella

Francesco Fasanella is a Process Technology Manager at Indena, Italy. His primary responsibilities, in addition to the daily supervision of pilot departments, include resource management, the implementation of new technologies, and, in collaboration with other key company figures, the management of new production projects, from the assessment of plant feasibility to the final realization of the process. Francesco holds a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Milan, where he collaborated as a researcher for two years in the Natural Organic Substances laboratories after completing his studies.

Luca Domenighini

Luca Domenighini is a scientist specialized in the synthesis and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Graduated at “Università degli studi di Pavia” and trained in the organic synthesis, Luca joined Indena in 2011.

He is currently working as a project leader on different CDMO projects regarding HPAPI, spacing from the development/optimization of the manufacturing process to the scale up working from grams to Kg. In his experience he’s faced all the main topics regarding the process, including the handling, synthesis purification and drying of these active substances.

Jonathan GUITER

Jonathan Guiter has over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on CDMO of high potent APIs (HPAPIs) and complex APIs. Jonathan is currently Business Development Manager at Indena, leading CDMO services for Europe and Asia. Before joining Indena, Jonathan managed the custom synthesis business at Zambon’s Zach System and held key roles at Safic-Alcan, overseeing API sourcing and commercialization. Jonathan began his career at GSK, synthesizing API in R&D Discovery department. He holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Chimie ParisTech – PSL and an engineering chemical degree from ESCOM.

Tony Marshall

Tony Marshall serves as the Vice President & Managing Director for Agilysys, where he provides strategic leadership and oversees diverse business functions to drive success in the Asia-Pacific region. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and travel industries, Tony has held pivotal roles including Head of Asia Pacific at WHL, General Manager of Travel at The Entertainer, Vice President of Global Sales at Peakwork AG, and Head of Asia Pacific at Orbitz. His leadership at Orbitz and Tourico Holidays significantly boosted regional sales and strategic growth. Tony’s expertise lies in enterprise technology sales, strategic partnerships, and business strategy. His extensive industry experience and strategic vision continue to drive growth and innovation at Agilysys, ensuring success for clients and partners across the Asia-Pacific region.

Raymond Siva

Ray has more than 26 years of experience in strategic communications, investor strategy and promotion, crisis and issues response. He is recognised as one of the few Malaysians with deep knowledge of the government and international affairs, with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and management. He has led Investor Promotion engagements for the private and public sectors at the World Economic Forum at Davos for 5 years. Ray had led various IPOs in Malaysia and Indonesia, including the world’s second-largest IPO and the biggest in Asia in 2012. Ray was appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) in October 2019. He assumed the Digital Investment portfolio as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Digital Investment in December 2020.
