Costanza has a background in market research with experience as a media analyst in Sony Pictures Entertainment and market intelligence consultancy The Insights Family. Since joining GlobalData in September 2023, she analyses trends in media and entertainment, specializing in insights into the video content, broadcasting and streaming industries, as well as supporting the development of the new Media Intelligence Center.

Arijit brings nearly 30 years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Consumer Healthcare, and pharmaceuticals category in the Innovation, Technology, R&D operation, and digital R&D strategy. He currently serves as the Senior Director for the Beverage, Gum, Candy, and Cheese category at Mondelez International for Asia, the Middle East & Africa region. In this role, Arijit collaborates with diverse markets across the region to shape the category’s innovation strategy and roadmap, transforming these strategies into consumer-winning products. Additionally, he leads the digital R&D strategy for the category, leading the path of innovation excellence through a robust digital framework.
George is an experienced Senior Clinical Research Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceutical industry from big pharma (Novartis, Pfizer) and medium sized biotech (Arena Pharmaceuticals) to Biotech startup (Granite Bio) and non-profit organizations (AO Foundation).
He is involved in all Clinical Operation activities and Sponsor-CRO relationships for more than 10 years and he gained a holistic experience in Vendor Oversight/Management activities for various vendors and Patient Recruitment initiatives.
Earlier in his career, George was acting as Research Scientist in Analytical Chemistry.
Graduated with a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, acquired a M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Engineering from KTH, The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Sheffield, where he focused on healthcare and marketing.

Mohamed Abdelsamiea comes with more than 2 decades of Leisure, Wellness & Sports professional work experience including 16 years in GCC (UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait) with vast involvements in pre-opening, re-branding, development and renovation projects.
He has worked with luxury international hotel chains such as Jumeirah, Four Seasons, Atlantis Dubai, Shangri-la, Starwood, IHG, Marriott International, Premedion GmbH, Spa Resources International and Ministry of Tourism – Sultanate of Oman. His last 2 roles were Director of Spa at Four Seasons Hotels and General Manager at Premedion Spa & Prevention, GmbH.
Mohamed currently leads Leisure & Sports at luxury resort of Jumeirah Masseila Kuwait Hotel and Spa for the last 2.5 years.
He holds a Bachelor of Physical Education, Sports Science and management, specialised courses in Fitness, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation and Sports Injuries. He also holds Spa Management Diploma from Cleopatra & Steiner Dubai, Advanced Business Management Diploma from Cambridge Australia and International Project Management. Professional Interpersonal Skills program with Harvard. He is Also CIBTAC certified therapist, First Aider, Lifeguard, Diver and Certified ISO9001:2015 QMS Internal Auditor.
Mohamed currently pursues a global Doctoral program specialised in International Business Management and Strategic Marketing after completing his MBA equivalency to further expand his strategic capacities and give back to the industry.
