Derek Lawrence

Derek is the Senior Director of Business Enablement at Saama and has over 14 years of experience in clinical research, with strong focus in biometrics, programming, systems implementation & integration, and software development. Prior to joining Saama, Derek spent his career in the CRO & software development spaces, where he supported Data Management and Biometrics activities in multiple roles. An enthusiastic advocate for change & innovation, he helps drive the adoption of new processes & tools in CDM and CDS.

Davy Baele

Davy Baele is Team Leader, CDM Programming with over 15 years of experience with CDISC SDTM submissions. Prior to joining IDDI more than 10 years ago, he gained lots of expertise in the field as Data Integration Specialist and Project Manager for legacy SDTM data conversion projects whilst also being a member of the CDISC SDS and define.xml team in 2012-2013. At IDDI, Davy was able to develop, implement, and optimize SDTM processes and tools. As a Team Leader he is very grateful to have a motivated team of CDM Programming Specialists that share his passion and positive attitude to continuously improve robustness and efficiency on the daily CRO deliverables.

Adi Raz

Adi is a director with Signature Glass, the business innovation partner of Sisecam / Pasabahce.

Sisecam is one of largest manufacturers of tabletop glassware in the world and Signature Glass leads the relationship management with top tier beverage brands and prides on challenging manufacturing and business dogmas.

Jason Hockman

Jason joined the award-winning ecommerce platform Master of Malt, 5.5 years ago as Head of Commercial, over that time his role evolved into leading the direct to consumer business and owning the P&L for D2C, of which Master of Malt is the most significant part.

His remit includes Commercial, Marketing and Customer Service, although much of Jason’s prior experience comes through Commercial management and leadership having been lead buying and commercial functions in organisations such as Tesco, Carphone Warehouse and Best Buy.

Andrew Little

British national, living in Switzerland since 2009. Married with three children.

15 years in private client finance; first as an independent financial advisor – Swiss market, followed by private banker – Southern Africa market with Coutts & Co., the Royal Bank of Canada and then Banque SYZ.

I went independent in 2017 with the backing of several HNW families. Founded GPCS Sarl in 2018, a consulting firm and became a Partner of ISGAM AG in 2020.

My experience includes operational and asset succession planning for private clients and companies, as well as compliance and risk management for the Swiss, South African, UK and US markets.

Louis Portal

Louis is a financial planner and relationship manager at ISGAM AG. He caters for an international clientele across Switzerland, the UK, The Netherlands and The Middle East. Louis is a younger member of the ISGAM team and has been, and continues to be, deeply involved in the firm’s succession planning. Louis is an associate member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), holds a Bachelor degree in the arts from the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague and will soon hold a second combined degree in psychology, philosophy and economics. In his spare time, Louis enjoys long distance swimming, reading classical literature, charity work and (very) amateur chess.
