Alfie Amir is a Senior Principal Analyst with GlobalData. He is responsible for research and consulting in enterprise ICT services focusing on enterprise 5G, IoT, cloud and telecom in Asia Pacific. He also leads the research practice in ASEAN. He has published numerous reports, delivered various consulting projects and presented at industry events. Alfie has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and ICT industry.

Prior to joining GlobalData, he led the ASEAN telecom research at IDC and worked as a technology strategist for a Malaysian carrier. Alfie holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham and a Master Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton, UK.

Lara Williams is editor of Verdict technology. An experienced writer, Lara previously worked as deputy editor of the Financial Times’s fDi Magazine and a senior editor at GlobalData’s Investment Monitor. Lara has a background in technology journalism writing for the UK’s Computing magazine and has spent almost a decade living in Silicon Valley.​

Chris is a Principal Analyst in GlobalData’s Thematic Intelligence Team. He covers the latest developments in ESG and sustainability and gauges their impact on corporates. Before joining GlobalData he spent eight years covering global capital markets as an analyst and journalist, including four years focused on sustainability.

Caoimhe O’Mahony graduated from the University of Galway with a BSc in Science in 2009 and went on to complete a Masters in Food Science, Technology & Nutrition from DIT in 2011. After working in a number of research-based roles spanning the areas of biochemistry, feed & food, she joined Tirlán (Formerly Glanbia Ireland) in 2016. Caoimhe is a Senior Technologist on the Dairy Applications Team working across several product category areas. She is passionate about bringing our dairy ingredients to life through innovative applications.

Hao Ouyang joined Tirlán in 2023 as a R&D technologist for cheese and rennet casein. Hao is leading several projects across consumer and ingredient divisions in Tirlán. Prior to joining Tirlán, Hao completed his PhD work at Teagasc Moorepark and University College Cork, with experience in consumer research and a focus on cheese & dairy science and casein-polymer interactions
