Before joining the PMO team at Broughton in 2019, Ben held a number of senior QC and supply chain positions within the Pharmaceutical industry, working on pandemic response & global vaccine campaign launches.
- Ben has over 10 years experience in a number of key roles within FDA & MHRA regulated industries, including development and testing of pandemic vaccines and delivery systems in use globally, Manufacturing and supply chain process management, as well as quality auditing & engagement with FDA & MHRA inspectors.
- He has coordinated a significant number of regulatory submissions to both the FDA’s CBER and CTP offices, most recently developing and leading successful delivery of PMTA submissions for major clients in the next generation nicotine industry.
Ben holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biomedical Science and began his career in vaccine research and diagnostics, supporting vaccine development, production and rapid pandemic response as part of the quality control microbiology department. Moving into operations & supply chain, gave him the opportunity to plan, manage & deliver global vaccine campaigns.
Ben has delivered several major and complex projects for key clients, showing a keen passion for regulatory compliance & development of strategies to best place clients in a position to successfully meet the application & marketing requirements of the FDA and MHRA.
In his ability to develop excellent professional relationships, Ben has a proven track record of working alongside clients in identifying opportunities to bring new products to market & utilize efficient processes for delivery of regulatory submissions on time & in-budget.

Isra leads the Product team at Causaly, working alongside our customers and users to create product experiences that deliver value. Her experiences have focused on growth strategy, and new product and business models, having worked in strategy consulting and corporate strategy across Roland Berger, LexisNexis and the World Bank. She holds a BA in Economics from Macalester College, and an MBA from London Business School.
Yiannis is a computer scientist and has consulted with the world’s largest companies before co-founding Causaly in 2018. Yiannis holds a Bachelor and master’s in computer science, an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and took part in Singularity University’s Future Studies program.

Based in the UK, Frank has been with CallMiner for 6 years, during which time we have seen significant business growth in the region. Frank holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and a Higher National Diploma in Telecommunications engineering. He has worked in and around the contact centre and customer experience space for the last 25 years.
Emma Sturdee is an Associate Analyst at Global Data Thematic Intelligence in London, UK, where her primary responsibilities include writing reports and research. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from King’s College London.
Todd Paulsen is Vice President of Formacoat, with more than 25 years of experience in management across multi-disciplined teams. Joining Formacoat as a Sales Engineer in March 2019, Todd worked his way up through the ranks to become Sales and Marketing Manager within a year amid challenging times for the industry before being promoted to the Vice President position in June 2022. Based in Minnesota, US, the Formacoat team are specialists in providing coatings for medical devices and have built up an international reputation, with Todd playing an instrumental role in their expansion in recent years.
Dr. Filip Janku is the Chief Medical Officer of Monte Rosa Therapeutics. Previously, he served as an Associate Professor of Investigational Cancer Therapeutics and Medical Director of the Clinical and Translational Research Center at MD Anderson Cancer Center. His experience includes many years in early-stage development of new cancer treatments with a focus on proof-of-concept studies of personalized cancer therapies. He has received multiple awards for his research efforts, including the Sabin Family Fellow Award, the Sidney Kimmel Scholar award, Khalifa Scholar Award, several ASCO Merit Awards and an American Association for Cancer Research Scholar-in-Training Award. He is the coauthor of more than 250 scientific articles that have appeared in peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Janku earned his Ph.D. in Pathobiochemistry and his M.D. from Charles University in Prague. He completed his medical training at Charles University and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
