Rob Tedder

Rob joined Conquest early in 2022 from intelliflo where he was Knowledge and Success Manager for their i4C cashflow tool over the last 4 years.  Prior to that, Rob has 14 years of paraplanning experience enabling him to understand the inner workings of wealth management from all angles.  Having been involved in the early development of i4C and managing the sales, support and training of the software, Rob has seen the value financial planning technology can add to a firms proposition, both from a business and client perspective and is passionate about how it can help enhance the planning process.   Rob believes that adoption of technology is crucial to attracting the next generation of clients, and ensure financial plans are a commodity available to all.

Entrepreneur with a past in senior corporate leadership roles in Strategy/Business Development, M&A and Operations, developed over 20 years with GE Capital, Lazard and McKinsey across Italy, UK, US, Switzerland, and India. Currently, as CEO of SEMA Systems, on a mission to protect human lives and property, by developing and implementing state-of-the-art Safety Systems for Trains, Metros, Buses, Data Centers and other environments requiring technologically advanced solutions to improve safety (ie Fire Detection, Fire Suppression, Passenger Announcement Systems, Passenger Information Systems, etc).
