In his 15-year career within the Spirits, Wine & Beer industry he has proven his leadership by outperforming targets in various full lifecycle solutions in a several local and international projects.

In his current role his team is tasked to drive & increase the relevance of Feldschlösschen as the #1 in the Swiss beer market across a variety of adjacent categories like Wine & Spirits.

Andreas Pabinger

Andreas Pabinger is the Global Head of Automotive ALM at PTC, based in Vienna, Austria. With over two decades of experience in the technology and automotive industries, Andreas has a proven track record of driving innovation and fostering strategic partnerships. Prior to joining PTC, he served as the VP of the Automotive Business Unit at Intland Software, where he led the worldwide customer success team and spearheaded collaborations with leading OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to accelerate innovation and digitalization in the automotive sector. Andreas has also held various leadership roles at Kontron AG, WindRiver Systems GmbH, TakeFive Software GmbH, and Algorithmics Inc. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to understanding customer needs and market trends, ensuring the successful rollout of strategic initiatives, and driving top-line growth through agile and customer-focused approaches. Andreas holds a wealth of experience within the PTC ecosystem partners, contributing to continued value creation for customers in mobility.

Mustan Lalani serves as Sustainability Director, North Europe & East Europe for the Tetra Pak Group, based in Brussels, Belgium. In this role, Mustan leads the implementation and operations of Tetra Pak’s sustainability strategy across 27 markets in North Europe and East Europe. He is responsible for directing investments in recycling technologies as well as partnering with key stakeholders in the food and beverage value chain to drive action towards more sustainable and equitable food systems. Mustan has previously held roles in Tetra Pak’s Corporate Affairs team, where he led global stakeholder engagement and advocacy in public policy. His focus areas include climate action, nature protection, and circular economy.

Mustan has represented Tetra Pak in several multi-stakeholder platforms and trade associations, including the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, the World Economic Forum, the Consumer Goods Forum, The Extended Producer Responsibility Alliance and the European Association for Packaging and the Environment.
Prior to joining Tetra Pak, Mustan worked for a strategy consulting firm headquartered in Toronto, Canada where he managed several client engagements with multinational companies on ESG, sustainability and go to market strategies.
Mustan holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science and statistics from the University of Toronto.

Rita Di Michele

I am a Mechanical Engineer, graduated from the University of Florence in 2021. After working in mechanical design, I work in Trenitalia since September 2022 in the role of Fire Safety Engineer. Currently, my work focuses on active and passive fire safety of rolling stock.

Martin Banks

 

Martin is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2007. He began his career in the Oil & Gas industry where we worked across positions in Operations and the technology supply chain before joining Wood in 2012 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. As his career progressed, he transitioned into a variety of project management roles, firstly within Oil & Gas then Industrial Services and Clean Energy.

 

In his current role Martin is the director of Wood’s Clean Energy Solutions group which is responsible for the delivery of front-end studies in support of the energy transition, including clean hydrogen, BESS/Hybrid, and the full range of traditional renewable energy technologies.
