For years, I worked as a technical specialist on diagnostic systems designed to guarantee passenger safety aboard trains. Today, I’m embracing a new and exciting challenge at Firex, where my focus has shifted to fire safety—continuing my commitment to protecting people, now through innovation in fire suppression for the rail industry.

Mr. Molliere previously worked as a Senior client investment advisor at Julius Baer in Zurich and as a Senior investment manager at Credit Suisse in Zurich and Geneva covering the UK market. Mr. Molliere began his career with JP Morgan in London as an equity analyst and fixed income sales-trading professional. Mr. Molliere holds a Master of Science in Economics and Finance from the University Paris Dauphine and a Master of Science in Finance and Econometrics from the University of London. He is also a Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) in Switzerland. Mr. Molliere enjoys kitesurfing on the Red Sea and Mixed Martial Arts. He is a French and Swiss citizen.

Mattias Forsberg is CIO at Futur Pension, one of Sweden’s leading life insurance companies, where he drives digital transformation and the strategic use of AI to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

With over 25 years in technology leadership, including roles as CTO at Qliro and Head of Strategy & Software Engineering at SEB, Mattias has led major cloud, data, and agile transformations across financial services, fintech and telecom.

A passionate promotor for innovation and high-performing teams, he believes AI will redefine how financial institutions create value and serve customers in the months and years ahead.

With 25 years of experience, Lauri is a seasoned leader who enjoys driving change, coaching teams to exceed expectations, and implementing innovative solutions that solve customer problems and deliver value. He is known for his talent in simplifying complex concepts and bridging the gap between technical innovation and business value. In his current role, Lauri leads retail banking transformation by weaving together AI, automation, process management, and analytics. His mission is to make OP a true AI-first bank.

Karianne Lien Sundahl is an experienced senior leader in the field of data, analytics, and AI. She is currently the Head of Data and AI in Storebrand. Karianne holds a Master of Science in Industrial Mathematics from NTNU and has worked with data and insights for leading Norwegian companies, such as Telenor and Vipps before joining Storebrand.

Anja Hannerz is Group Head of Sustainability at Nordea responsible for the Nordic expert team driving Nordea’s strategic sustainability priorities including including thematic and impact analysis, governance and regulatory implementation. She also holds the Nordic chair of the UNEP FI banking board and and a member of the board at the Swedish research center Sustainable Finance lab.

Anja has 25 years of experience from the Nordic financial sector, having led large business transformation projects ESG factor integration, financial risk infrastructure and operational efficiency. With her deep knowledge from leading complex projects, she has pioneered inclusive leadership and organisational development through continuous improvements throughout her career.

Before joining Nordea, Anja held several different senior leadership roles within the Swedish commercial bank Handelsbanken Group, most recently as CFO Sweden and CRO of the mortgage institute Stadshypotek. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Gothenburg school of Economics and Law and is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
