Muaiad Kittaneh, MD, MBA, FACP, is the Global Head of R&D and Scientific Strategy at Syneos Health. Dr. Kittaneh is a board-certified hematologist, medical oncologist and internist with deep expertise in oncology drug development, scientific strategy and global clinical operations. Throughout his career, he has led complex oncology programs spanning the full development continuum, from first-in-human studies and experimental therapeutics to global registration and lifecycle management. His areas of focus include innovative trial design, regulatory strategy, biomarker-driven development and precision medicine, with particular experience in cell and gene therapies, radiopharmaceuticals and other emerging oncology modalities.

Arnab Roy has 12+ years of experience working closely with global senior leadership teams across Strategy, Business Development and Marketing roles driving profitable growth for businesses. in his current role as the Global Business Development Manager for ABB Motion Energy Efficiency team, he leads business development efforts to increase adoption of energy efficiency solutions across industries to help them run leaner operations at lower cost while meeting their sustainability goals.

Garry has a broad experience in the construction industry including production, design management and digital construction. His current role as Digital Project Solution Business Partner for BAM Construction and FM supporting a 100 strong digital team delivering a broad range of Digital Management, Digital Engineering, Information Management and Data & Analytics services to the business and supporting BAM UK&I Transformation Roadmap.

Ayman is RVP of EMEA at Laurel, an AI-powered legal time capture and intelligence platform. He started his sales career in SaaS selling IP software at PatSnap, then was one of the founding members of Everlaw’s UK office, serving the eDiscovery market. He then built, scaled, and ran a 55-person sales org at Multiverse, focused on delivering technology adoption initiatives. He joined Laurel to spearhead the UK and EMEA expansion.

Andreza Pires is Strategy Director at CI&T EMEA, where she leads digital product strategy and experience design for complex platform ecosystems across financial services and living sectors. She brings extensive experience in product leadership, user research, and large-scale platform delivery, with a focus on creating accessible, user-centred solutions.

Andreza was the product lead in the concept creation of Project Nemo, an initiative focused on improving financial accessibility for adults with learning disabilities. Working alongside a cross-sector team, she helped shape the product vision, user experience, and strategic direction of the app.

She focuses on translating business strategy and user insight into scalable digital products, with experience spanning digital transformation programmes in payments, insurance, hospitality, industrial manufacturing, and logistics across Europe, the United States, and Latin America.

Prerna is COO of Freedom, a fintech building the payments and income layer making it easier for retirees to access and manage money they spent decades saving. She was part of the founding team at Project Nemo, leading strategy, operations, and its outputs including the podcast and resource hub. The team won the Money20/20 Grand Prix Diamond Award. Her career spans twenty years in financial infrastructure, including serving on the founding team at ClearBank, as COO at Seccl, and through Rygur, where she advises banks, fintechs and regulators across the UK, Middle East, India and North America. She backs early-stage impact businesses through Vriksh Impact Partners and mentors girls in Navi Mumbai through Shaktii Education. Her work has been recognised by the Innovate Finance Women in FinTech Powerlist, ETA 40 Under 40 and the PayTech Awards.
