Daniela is a clinical research executive leader with over 20 years’ Life Sciences experience in Research Institutes, Pharmaceutical companies and Contract Research Organisations. Daniela currently holds the Acting Managing Director role for Europe operations at Novotech and has strong expertise in clinical delivery, quality and compliance management, financial management, strategy, and people leadership across many global regions. Daniela holds a PhD in Chemistry from the Adelaide University and is a Board Member for ARCS Australia.

With 18 years of experience as the President and CEO of Weather Decision Technologies, a company he co-founded, he grew it from a small team to 100 employees before its acquisition by DTN, where he led the Weather Business Unit. His expertise in SaaS business development and meteorology makes him a crucial asset to guide Spire solutions and growth.

Frank Wagner
Frank Wagner is a senior hospitality technology executive with more than 37 years of experience in the global hospitality industry. Over the past 25 years, he has held Director and Vice President leadership roles with leading hospitality technology providers including MICROS, Oracle Hospitality, and NCR, working closely with many of the world’s major hotel groups and restaurant brands across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas.
Frank’s career spans large-scale enterprise technology transformations, including cloud migrations, multi-country PMS and POS rollouts, and the integration of complex hospitality IT ecosystems. He brings a rare combination of vendor, integrator, and operator-focused perspectives, allowing him to translate technology strategy into practical, scalable outcomes for hospitality organizations.
Today, Frank leads ACT International’s strategic expansion, focusing on the global delivery of hospitality technology services and solutions. He regularly speaks on global service models, cloud transformation, and the operational realities of hospitality technology at scale.

- Nick is a highly experience technology asset financer with over 25 years in asset finance. He was most recently Director – Funding & Strategy at Lenovo Financial Services & “As a Service”. In additional, Nick spent 10 years with CIT in various sales leadership & program positions on the Dell Financial Services program in EMEA & APJ, living in the UK, Ireland, and Singapore.
- More recently Nick held the newly created role of Global Strategy and offering development structuring solutioning and funding “as a service” usage and subscription type transactions.
- With technology acting as an enabler with changing customer needs and behaviour, combined with the changing business models of OEMs and vendors are all leading the move from traditional leasing business in the direction of more integrated service focused offerings.

In his current role as the Technical Director at WEY Technology US, he is situated in Washington D.C., where he takes charge of the design, implementation, and service aspects of the company’s operations in the United States. Dirk Hendrick
Dirk Hendrickx has held multiple leadership positions within the systemized integration for control rooms business, simulation, Virtual and Augmented Reality and networked solutions for Philips, Uniden, Barco and Crestron. Dirk Hendrickx is now the Chief Sales Officer for WEYTEC and responsible for the Commercial Strategy.
Dirk Hendrickx has a master’s in industrial engineering and a degree in Strategic Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
