Andy Neuteleers

Andy Neuteleers joined Bar.on as CFO as from 1 September 2023, and also is invested in the company. Prior to this he was a partner in a professional services firm, consulting on value chain and business modeling, as wel as valuation. He is now committed to take Bar.on to the next level by capitalizing on the business opportunities that are to be further developed on the basis of Bar.on’s established, novel technology platform that is to bring consumers and industry into the age of digitized beverages.

Sebastian Turek

With 15 years in the pharmaceutical research industry, Sebastian has gained comprehensive experience in both clinical and project management. He has worked in various roles, from CRA to Executive Director, specializing in neurodegenerative disorders, particularly Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. His leadership has been instrumental in screening over 10,000 subjects in studies related to these conditions.

Beyond neurology, Sebastian’s background includes work in psychiatry, oncology, ophthalmology, cardiology, and other internal medicine areas. He has managed studies globally, covering Europe, North and Latin Americas, Asia—including challenging markets like China and Japan—and Australia.

Sebastian holds a PharmD degree in pharmacy from Wroclaw Medical University, Poland.

Hope Weisser

Hope formally joined TransPerfect in 2021 after nearly two years of working as a contractor with TransPerfect’s Trial Interactive (TI) team developing our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). Hope brings 16 years of life science experience, including a vast knowledge of CTMS-related information and systems utilized across the industry in pharmaceutical and clinical research organizations. Trial Interactive officially launched its CTMS at the end of 2021 under Hope’s direction as the Product Owner.  Since the launch, TI’s CTMS solution has continued to incorporate over 50% of customer-requested improvements within each release.

Ivor Clarke

Ivor Clarke is Chief Innovation Officer and co-founder of SubjectWell, the largest patient marketplace connecting people with chronic health conditions to new care options. Since 2012, SubjectWell has been raising awareness about the benefits of clinical research, registering over 10 million healthcare-motivated patients. Ivor has over 15 years of C-suite experience with a background in online marketing and the creation and operation of enterprise SaaS solutions. Before SubjectWell, Ivor served as President of Brightfire, a digital marketing startup.

Jasmine Benger

Jasmine Benger is the Senior Director of Research Services at the non-profit organization CISCRP (The Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation, INC.).  She is responsible for overseeing and supporting the design, implementation, analysis and reporting of a variety of CISCRP research studies including the Perceptions & Insights studies as well as Patient and Caregiver Advisory Boards, workshops, and other custom research projects.  Prior to CISCRP, she worked in the public health field specifically with maternal and child populations in a variety of different capacities.

Joyce Moore

Joyce brings over 20 years of industry expertise spanning multiple disciplines and a diverse range of therapeutic areas.  For the past 15 years, Joyce has focused on Patient Engagement, Recruitment, and Retention; she is passionate about widening participation in clinical research and developing and deploying technology approaches to engage with both sites and patients, including decentralized approaches.

In her current position as Global Head of Patient Engagement at Allucent, she is part of the Clinical Trial Organizations leadership team. She is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing Patient Recruitment activities and Allucent’s Decentralized Trial offering known as Patient Direct Trials.

Gauthier de Biolley

Gauthier de Biolley is the Founder and Managing Partner of Eiger Ventures (www.EigerVentures.com), an advisory and investment firm focusing on business development and operational excellence projects in the beverages, dairy and cheese and other FMCG categories.

Gauthier served as Global Senior Vice President External Growth at Interbrew and InBev (now AB InBev), leading the global Strategy, Business Development and M&A team and managing transactions such as the AmBev-Interbrew combination and securing acquisitions in Germany (Beck’s), Serbia and China before taking on the role of Head of Business Unit France-Netherlands-Spain-Cuba. He previously worked with Veolia Environment, the Artal Group, and as a management consultant with Genrho and Strategic Planning Associates.

He is a non-executive Director of craft brewery Belgo (Vietnam) and Co-Chair of the Canada Belgium Committee, having served on the board of Directors of beer group EBl N.V. (active in Russia, the CIS and Central Europe) and of Sedlmayr Grund und Immobilien KGaA (München-based real estate).

Gauthier read Law and Economics at Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium), earned the INSEAD Certificate in Corporate Governance and attended executive courses at IMD and Stanford University.

Pascale Favre

Pascale Favre was appointed Head of International Business Line, Technology Lifecycle Solutions (TLS) at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions in July 2019. She is responsible for the overall strategy, organisation and management of TLS activity globally. She also is also responsible for the promotion of products and services that help partners and clients with their transition to net zero.

Previously, Pascale held several leadership roles at BNP Paribas Factor, Dell and Siemens Financial Services. She joined BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions in 2012 as International Key Account Manager where she managed a portfolio of global technology accounts.
