Kristy Galante is a Senior Director at Janssen R&D focusing on Rare Disease in Immunology.  Kristy has over 20 years of clinical trial experience where she has focused on both prevalent disease and now primarily on rare disease.  Kristy is seen as an expert in supporting complex clinical trial operations and advocates for the site and patient voice in trial development.  With a strong passion for innovation, Kristy has been able to support new clinical trial solutions with successful launch across the Immunology portfolio.  Kristy has also had leadership roles in Janssen Strategic Partnerships focusing on CRO Governance, Process and Performance Metrics.  Kristy supported the Johnson and Johnson COVID vaccine program ensuring supplier alignment and deploying many novel innovative tactics.  Kristy has her MS from Temple University School of Pharmacy.

David Ng is Vice President, Global Biometrics at Novotech, a global CRO.   David has over 30 years of experience in global data management, statistics, and regulatory interactions; and has worked on numerous treatments for rare diseases, from proof of concept to submission and ultimate regulatory approval.   David has also collaborated with various organization and vendors to optimize data access and collection, from early EDC and ePRO systems to the use of EMR in clinical development.

Innovative leader with 20 years of clinical research and healthcare experience, specializing in acquisition, management, and transformation of clinical biospecimen and digital health assessment data. Collaborative creator of tech-enabled solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Accomplished, analytical director possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in managing multi-functional teams at both a strategic and tactical level. Key strengths include driving transformational change, strategic planning and execution, spearheading business process improvement initiatives, and building high-performing organizations. Built and introduced countless strategies within R&D to achieve efficiencies and resolve process and application gaps. Experienced in operations oversight and guidance, including resource and financial projections and prioritization.

David manages analogue products across Fujifilm’s Flenex product portfolio including water-wash flexo plates, processors, CTP devices and software solutions. David supports Fujifilm customers, prospects, partners and sales teams with all technical and product related topics. Additionally, he manages Fujifilm’s partner network and continues to develop new products to ensure Fujifilm’s product portfolio stays relevant to allow the Fujifilm sales teams to offer full end-to-end solutions to customers. David has more than 20 years of experience working within the printing industry across various press-room production and business development roles.

Andy is a Senior International Executive at Scottish Development International and specialist in Inward Investment.  He was educated at the University of Strathclyde, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Electrical Power Engineering with Business, and after several years in the private sector, has spent the last ten years assisting globally Headquartered companies to set-up in Scotland.  His current area of focus is Scotland’s up and coming Hydrogen sector.

Jamie has been a hydrogen specialist in the low carbon transition team at Scottish Enterprise for the past 2 and a half years. This role involves working with project developers, supply chain companies, inward investors, government and many other stakeholders to enable the development of the hydrogen sector in Scotland and to maximise the resultant economic benefits for Scotland. Previous roles have included sector specialist in local energy systems and supporting Scottish companies with European innovation funding applications for low carbon projects. Jamie has a 1^st class honours BSc in Physics and an MSc with distinction in Renewable Energy Engineering.

Richard has over 20 years of experience in the auto and equipment finance industry. As the Chief Revenue Officer at Alfa, he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and revenue generation. With a wealth of knowledge across multiple verticals and geographies, he is an expert in how technology can be applied to asset finance, having been deeply involved in the implementation of Alfa Systems over many years. Before taking on the role of Chief Revenue Officer, Richard served as the Director of Strategy and Investment, where he helped shape the company’s direction and has been instrumental in positioning Alfa as a leader in the field.
