Jeff has been both an educator and practitioner of Supply Chain Management. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in Production Planning, Inventory Control and ERP implementations for over 20 years as well as teaching Operations and Supply Chain Management classes at the college level. He currently manages supply chain and serialization for Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Inc. His educational credentials include a BS in Management from Montclair State University, an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and both CPIM and CIRM designations from APICS.

Dan Weiser
Dan Weiser is a Business Development Manager with Relative Insight. He has worked for over six years with technology and business change firms consulting on talent and technology resources across data science, insights, martech and AI technology.
For the last year and a half Dan has been helping Relative Insight grow across a multitude of industries including FMCG, Market Research, Education and Non-Profit.
He lives in North-West London and thinks of himself as an amateur adrenaline junkie, having done a couple of bungee jumps and a skydive. He also recently took up bouldering and now won’t stop telling people about it.

Dan Dowell-Lee is a Business Development Manager with Relative Insight. Having previously been an account manager selling tech to IT brands he’s incredibly well-placed to be working in the text analytics space.
Dan frequently works alongside marketing, insights, research, and CX teams in a variety of industries, and his favourite moment is when the penny drops and people suddenly grasp the revolutionary insights available to them through their data.
Originally from Birmingham, now in London he’ll try to convince you that Birmingham isn’t all that bad. He loves his cricket, rugby and practices Brazilian jiu jitsu – a martial art only comparable to a very aggressive form of cuddling.

James Rock
James Rock is the President and Chief Clinical Officer for AriBio Co., Ltd. out of San Diego, CA. AriBio is a Korean based biotechnology company developing novel treatments for neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Previously, Mr. Rock was the Vice President of Clinical Operations and Research Collaboration for DermTech (DMTK) developing assays for the non-invasive detection of skin cancers and the Vice President of Clinical Affairs for Trinity Biotech working on cardiac markers. He has over 25 years of drug, device and diagnostic development experience having successful completed multiple registration studies bringing both therapeutics and diagnostics through regulatory approval and the commercialization process. Mr. Rock holds a BS from the University of Vermont, received his MSc from Springfield College and MBA from Pepperdine University.
Kirk Compton

Michael Petagna
Michael and his wife were both born and raised in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida. They have two wonderful daughters that continually keep them busy and entertained. He graduated with his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and received an MBA from the University of South Florida.
In 2010, he began his financial career by joining his father at Amuni, working on the firm’s fixed income trading desk. Following his father’s retirement in 2016, Michael assumed the role of President and CEO of Amuni.
At Amuni, Michael couldn’t ask for a more dedicated, friendly, and unique group of individuals. He truly enjoys coming to work every day. He is the fourth generation of his family to be involved in the financial services industry, and he takes the many roles that they play in their customers’ lives very seriously. Michael takes pride in treating their customers as part of their family.
Over the years, Michael has supported and has been a part of numerous charitable organizations including Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, Pinellas County Education Foundation, Tampa Bay Watch, Children’s Dream Fund, CASA, and many other great organizations.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family on the water, in the mountains, and in the air. He has been a private pilot for over 25 years and learned to fly as a teenager at Albert Whitted Airport in downtown St. Pete.
Maxime Krief
Maxime Krief, currently Vice President of Strategic Solutions at Amuni Financial, Inc. in St. Petersburg, FL, has a diverse background in both international business and digital transformation. Maxime graduated with a Bachelor of Science, double majoring in International Business Finance and Management. His practical experience extends to his tenure at an American food exporter, where he worked on promoting American food products in the Middle East and Africa.
Maxime is a certified Quick Base App Builder and Quick Base Expert Builder. By leveraging technological tools, he was part of a team that successfully redesigned operations and compliance processes at Amuni Financial, a feat he will be sharing insights on during his talk on “Digital Transformation in Wealth Management.”
Outside of his professional achievements, Maxime is a member of the French American Chamber of Commerce (FRAMCO), an association committed to fostering relationships and sharing professional experiences between the French and Americans.
Born and raised in France, Maxime moved to the U.S. in 2007. Now, he enjoys life in sunny Florida with his wife and two children, dedicating his free time to family activities and adventures.
Jan Klint Nielsen
Jan Nielsen, has more than 16 years of experience in product design, validation, implementation, and support of eClinical and CRM software systems at international pharma, biotech, med-tech and CRO. He graduated from Copenhagen University College of Engineering in 1990 and started his career in Switzerland in a global industrial company , soon becoming head of electrical and software development. In 2007 Jan moved to BSI to help build up their life sciences business as provider of eClinical software systems, where he is today working as Community Manager Life Sciences.
