After important projects with Swiss Re, now he is responsible for the Product Development and Commercial Relationship of BBVA Switzerland. The institution has been the first Tier-1 Bank to offer a Digital Assets Custody Solution and is now looking to expand its value proposition.

Carolina Thomaz
Carolina Thomaz is the Chief Risk Officer at Itaú Private Bank in Zurich. In her role, she is responsible for Market, Liquidity, Counterparty and Operational risks, as well as Compliance, Information Security and Suitability. Prior to Itaú, Carolina was the CRO of Sygnum Bank. Sygnum is the world’s first digital asset bank, founded on Swiss and Singapore heritage. Before joining Sygnum, Carolina worked as the Head of Risk Management at Itaú Private Bank in Zurich, where she was responsible for managing financial and operational risks, as well as leading digital transformation projects. Previously, she was a Project Manager at Vale, a multinational mining corporation, where she managed a portfolio of risk management projects globally. Carolina holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
Timon Wick
Timon Wick is a Director and Head of Project Management at MBaer Merchant Bank AG. He is considered to be the “go to person” when it comes to leading complex projects and finding solutions for challenging questions. Timon is a passionate triathlete and tech fan yet believes that offering humanness is the key to being fit for the future.

Alexander is Head of Equity Advisory for HSBC Private Banking, covering the EMEA ex-UK booking centers and their clients. Prior to this he was Head of Equity & Derivatives Trading and then Head of Tactical Equity Advisory at EFG Bank in Geneva. He started his career as a Sales-Trader in London and Paris, servicing large Institutional Clients and Hedge Funds at Kepler Cheuvreux, Oddo Securities and Natixis. Alex has previously won several industry awards (Extel No.1 Equity Buy-Side Strategist, cited as one of the ‘100 Most Influential People in Trading’ and a ‘Rising Star of Trading’ by The Trade Magazine). Alex is also currently an HSBC Private Banking ESG Ambassador.

Nan Doyle is a patient engagement catalyst with a passion to strengthen access to diagnosis and treatment for people living with rare genetic conditions. She has deep roots in medicines development, and is known for building durable relationships based on a foundation of active listening and inquiry.
Most recently, Nan established and built the Rare Disease Patient Engagement function for Takeda Pharmaceuticals. The role required strategy-driven partnerships with patient organizations; and tight, de-siloed collaboration with R&D, Clinical Development, Commercial, Regulatory, Access, and other colleagues around the world.
Nan is also a board-certified genetic counselor, where she developed front-line understanding of patient and care partner practical, emotional, financial and policy needs.
