Dan Gelber
Rashmi Badwe
Rashmi Badwe is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Wealth Management, within the Office of the COO. She is an Executive Vice President of TIAA. Ms. Badwe’s scope of responsibility spans several functions in Wealth Management: Products and Solutions, Operations and Services (including the Trust business), Regulatory Supervision and Oversight, Strategy and Business Enablement, as well as the Chief Investment Office for managed accounts. Ms. Badwe joined TIAA in 2007 and has held several leadership roles across wealth management, banking, and retirement. She has experience in sales, strategy, client services, and operations. She has led business strategy and transformation initiatives, executed successful sales growth and retention strategies, as well as developed infrastructure modernization initiatives. Prior to TIAA, Ms. Badwe was at JP Morgan Chase, where she was responsible for driving organic growth within the consumer banking division. She has also served in management in Deloitte Consulting’s financial services strategy practice. She holds BE and MS degrees from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business. She currently serves on the board of TIAA-CREF Individual and Institutional Services and in the past has served on the board of the TIAA Life Company.
Brad Swineheart
Brad has helped train thousands of advisors on marketing tactics and industry trends. Partnering with many experts in the financial industry and staying on the cutting edge of technology for effective lead generation and conversion. Niladri “Neel” Mukherjee
Niladri ‘Neel’ Mukherjee is currently a Senior Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer for TIAA Wealth Management. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the investment process from investment strategy, due diligence, portfolio management, equites and fixed income solutions.He previously served as a Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Strategy for the Chief Investment Office (CIO) within Bank of America supporting Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and the Private Bank. In this role, he was responsible for setting macro-economic, investment / portfolio strategy and tactical asset allocation guidance for all wealth management lines of businesses, impacting roughly $2 trillion of assets under management. He was a voting member of the Investment Strategy Committee (ISC) and the Investment Oversight Committee; co-headed the working group that set equity strategy recommendations; and a leader within the Operating Committee for the Investment Solutions Group comprising all product / platform teams and CIO. Niladri’s responsibilities also included delivering top of the house investment guidance and market insights to clients, advisors and various specialist teams through regular thought-leadership reports, national calls and conferences and has appeared on media outlets such as CNBC, Bloomberg and Yahoo Finance. He had previously held leadership positions such as Director of Portfolio Strategy for the Private Banking and Investment Management group, Merrill’s ultra-high net-worth business and Head Strategist for the Western Division. Prior to his 16-year tenure at Bank of America / Merrill, he was a portfolio manager for a long/short hedge fund and a large cap mutual fund at Dover Management. He has also worked at KPMG LLP’s Financial Services group in New York and at New Delhi-based Infrastructure Professionals Enterprise, where he advised government agencies on issues related to urban infrastructure development, financial restructuring and policy formulation. Niladri earned his M.B.A. degree in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.S. degree in Physics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Stevens School of Business at Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey.

As a result of Mohamad passion in technology, he has experienced working in technology sector on Wall Street where Mohamad brought measurable value in Investment Banking Technology. In Mohamad’s spare time, he love to go back to my community to speak with our future leaders and playing/teaching golf. Mohamad’s personal mission is to help people create sustainable lives.
Kevin W. Corbett
Advisors. His work includes the strategic lift-out of advisors and teams, assessing and identifying key talent for recruiting, as well as RIA firm acquisitions across the U.S. Kevin works closely with a wide range of industry participants (investment banks, RIA custodians, COIs, etc.) across
the industry in pursuit of our goals. He is also a member of the Mariner Trust Company Board of Managers. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin was a senior relationship manager at Fidelity
Investments, where he worked closely with Mariner Wealth Advisors.Through his 17-year tenure at Fidelity, Kevin held various roles throughout the retail and institutional brokerage businesses, including positions in national financial services, capital markets and institutional wealth services. Kevin’s past experience also includes working as a head trader with Bainco
International Investors. Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Isenberg School of
Management at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
Thomas Sullivan
Thomas Sullivan is a Managing Director at Société Générale in New York, where he is the Head of Market Access and Business Development for Digital Assets. Through the SG-Forge subsidiary, Société Générale has been recognized as a market leader, providing innovative services to issue, transact, and manage digital-native financial products registered on blockchain. In collaboration with the SG-Forge team, Tom spearheads the tokenization and blockchain efforts for Société Générale in the Americas.Tom has over 20 years of experience in securities and banking, focusing on the intersection of operations and innovation. In his seven years at Société Générale, he has managed various operations divisions, including securities settlements, collateral management, f/x, and payments. Tom has spearheaded several blockchain related initiatives, and in 2022, he led Société Générale’s successful implementation of the Broadridge Distributed Ledger Repo platform. He is an active member of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, participating in SIFMA’s Digital Assets Working Group.Prior to Société Générale, Tom was the Head of Broker Dealer Operations at Commerzbank, where he managed securities settlements, securities lending support, and asset servicing. With the merger of Commerzbank and Dresdner Bank in 2009, Tom coordinated the integration of the operational platforms of the Firms.
