Over 13 years industry experience in clinical research, leading strategic planning, feasibility, oversight and delivery of global studies and trial portfolios for Phase I, II and III clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas and treatment modalities.
I advise and collaborate with biotechs and small pharma companies on strategizing their clinical development pipelines, bringing new medicines to the clinic, and ultimately to the patients who need them.
My deep rooted passion for clinical trials originates and has developed from my strong academic background, which has provided me with a solid platform on which to build knowledge, versatility and a holistic approach to strategic planning and management of clinical programmes.

Russ has been doing business development and strategic partnerships work in the Alberta technology sector for nearly 30 years. Having built successful global sales, marketing, and business development teams at organizations such as Calgary-based tech companies SMART Technologies and Nureva, he now leads the Partnerships team at Amii – responsible for Amii’s industry partnerships driving AI adoption and commercialization in Canadian business.

He is focussed upon the development and implementation of sustainable and innovative packaging solutions for multiple container types, providing balanced legislative compliant solutions whilst maintaining brand identity and impactive shelf impact.
Gareth Jones
Gareth has over 20 years of experience in working in regulatory, advisory and consultancy roles having spent time working for both the Scottish Government and Energy Consultancies and has developed strong working relationships with industry bodies, key stakeholders and regulators.
Gareth has a wide and in-depth decommissioning experience base having undertaken the planning and support for over 50 decommissioning projects for energy sectors both in the UK and internationally covering floating, fixed platform (both NUI and crewed), derogation and non-derogation assets and subsea systems.
Gareth is the current Chair of the Board of Directors for Decom Mission and is also member of the OEUK Decom Steering Committee and Director of Decom Mission. He is also an alumni of the Future Industries Leadership Programme (FILP) which was an industry and government developed programme driving change within the energy sectors future leadership levels. He also supports the Emerging professional in Late-Life and Decommissioning Group which is helping inspire and support the development of new and transitioning talent into the decommissioning sector.
