Jack joined Future Farm prior to its UK launch in 2020, following 8+ years at Danone & Biotiful Dairy. He was the 2nd employee at Future Farm UK, successfully overseeing the expansion of the brand into Grocery, Online and Foodservice channels, notably securing listings in Sainsburys and Tesco which has cemented Future Farm in the category. Jack’s remit of work was extended to the UK and EMEA & APAC in late 2022 with the continued expansion of Future Farm.
Neil is an award winning chef, entrepreneur and restaurateur, with Michelin training and a science degree. He was previously known for his butchery and BBQ cooking, having opened several meat-led restaurants including Temper. In 2019 he began experimenting with fermented vegetables and set out to prove that plant based ‘meats’ could be made without a load of processed powders and still taste incredible. Neil believes in using ingredients that he can grow and cook in the kitchen himself, which led to the start of Symplicity Foods.
Morten Toft Bech is an entrepreneur and investor who started Meatless Farm in 2016 to help reduce the world’s dependency on intensively farmed meat. He and his family had struggled to find a meat replacement that the whole family enjoyed and that wasn’t too expensive.
In 2018, the company launched its original fresh mince in UK retailer, Sainsbury’s. It is now one of the UK’s fastest growing plant-based brands, available in over 20 countries all major UK retailers and foodservice partners, including Pret A Manger, YO! Sushi and itsu.
Lindsay is Triple Point’s Head of Sustainability, responsible for ensuring Triple Point continue to innovate and embrace sustainable best practice across the business. Lindsay supports all investment strategies in their ESG integration, and where applicable impact, investment commitments and is also a member of the Groups Executive Committee.
Lindsay has previously led the development of an award-winning sustainability and impact assessment tool, advised companies and investors in the UK and USA on their approach to sustainability integration, in addition to developing internal sustainability strategies and delivering sustainability training and workshops for all levels of professionals.
In 2017, she was named by Brummel Magazine as one of the top 50 influential women in Sustainability. Since 2016, she has acted as an assessor for the Unilever Sustainable Living Young Entrepreneurs Award and was previously a member of the UKSIF analyst committee and judge for the City of London Sustainable Finance Awards.
Lindsay has over 18 years of finance industry experience and has previously worked at ClearlySo, VigeoEiris, Citi, Allianz Global Investors and JPMorgan Asset Management, and has formal training in sustainability from Cambridge University.
Serge is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in investment banking, equity capital markets, and venture capital. He has honed his skills in corporate finance, specializing in transborder M&A and private placement transactions. However, Serge’s true passion lies in taking companies public through IPOs.
Thanks to his extensive experience working with large clients and achieving impressive accomplishments, Serge was appointed as the Head of Family Office. In this role, he was tasked with creating a venture portfolio for the beneficiaries, a
challenge he embraced with great enthusiasm. After five years in this position,
Serge took a short break before joining a highly successful brokerage firm as the Head of Venture Business.
Using everything he has learned over the years, Serge is well-positioned to help build Ameetee into a thriving and prosperous business.
Serge’s academic credentials include a B.A. degree in Economics and Finance from Carleton University, Canada.
Mila Khrapchenko, currently co-founder and co-CEO of Ameetee, is a seasoned professional in structured finance and complex solutions, both for corporate and retail clients. She built and led a structured finance business at one of the largest privately owned Emerging markers banks, creating and leading a team of 13 professionals and running a book of approximately $2 bn dollars.
Later, together with Sergey Shlyuger, also co-founder and co-CEO of Ameetee, she created venture business line at BCS Financial Group, which not only succeeded in launching the first product within 4 months from the start but also had one of the best cost/income ratios within the Group.
Mila’s passion for venture capital resulted in 30+ early-stage VC personal investments across the globe where she often assists with fundraising, networking and strategy advice. She is a member of such angel investor communities as AngelsDeck and New Economic Investors Club.
She holds MA Degree in Econometrics from Moscow State University.
