Tracy Robinson

Tracy is an RTSM Solutions Specialist at Medidata with 26+ years of experience in the Life Sciences Industry including 25 years specializing in Interactive Response Technology (IRT)/Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) for large and small study systems for both US based and global projects in multiple trial phases and indications. Prior to joining Medidata, Tracy was a Client Oversight Manager at PPD whose responsibilities included ensuring project/study activities were in compliance with company and sponsor requirements; meeting with internal teams to coordinate efforts, providing recommendations and risks, and serving as an escalation contact with clinical project management teams and sponsors for PPD’s proprietary IRT platform as well as Medidata Rave RTSM at PPD (as an accredited Medidata partner). With her years of experience and knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry and the clinical trial space, she has a great understanding of what it takes to work with CROs and Sponsors and to help them navigate and troubleshoot their varying system needs.

Benoît Heitz

A graduate of Audencia and a DECF, Benoît began his career in 1991 in Statutory Audit and M&A advisory services. After several years in the financial department of BNPP, he joined PWC Consulting. In 2010, Benoît joined Steria as Head of Banking and Insurance Consulting, then from 2016 he was Head of Banking at Sopra Steria Consulting and member of the CSR advisory board of Sopra Steria group.

Benoît is one of the Senior Partner in charge of the onepoint financial services activity since 2019.

Angelo Fienga

Angelo Fienga is Director, Sustainable Solutions  at Cisco EMEAR, where he is responsible for defining strategies and solutions to help public and private companies achieve their Sustainability and Circular Economy goals.

Angelo is an international leader with an excellent knowledge of the telecommunications and ICT industry in which he has worked for the last 25+ years. During his career he has developed extensive technical, marketing and pre-sales leadership skills both in Fortune 500 companies – Ericsson, Cisco Systems, Qualcomm – and in start-ups – Elsacom, Sky4Apps – achieving excellent results in the areas of technology and business development.

In recent years Angelo has helped drive the strategy for highly disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud, Drones/edge intelligence and Unified Communications. Angelo is also co-author of an Open Patent on Circular Economy https://www.tdcommons.org/dpubs_series/1532/.

Angelo holds a MSc degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Rome (La Sapienza), where he also obtained a Master in Data Intelligence and Decision Science in 2019. He also obtained the certification in Design Thinking both at Cisco and IDEOU and the Cisco Black Belt Certification in Data Science.

Angelo lives in Rome, is married and has two daughters.

Fabian Meyer

Fabian Meyer is Managing Director in Switzerland and member of the board of CORE SE – a European technology think tank based in Berlin.  As an expert in the insurance industry, he is responsible for driving large (digital) transformations with well-known clients in Europe and the DACH region. He has experience in developing digital strategies to adapt recent market trends like applied AI and embedded insurance.

Philip Hallehn

Since early 2020 Philip has in various roles guided customers within Banking, Insurance, E-commerce, Telecommunications and Public sector to success using the boost.ai conversational AI platform. Currently Philip leads a team supporting around 50 customers in the Nordics to maximise their potential. He’s driven by seeing the small details grow from idea to reality and step by step making an impact on CSAT and ROI.

Sanjeev Kumar

As VP for EMEA at boost.ai, Sanjeev Kumar brings more than 20 years of go-to-market expertise to his role having worked with digital transformation-enabling technologies across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on banking and financial services. Prior to boost.ai, he led UKMEA business in the subscription SaaS space at Zuora, helping to scale both business and revenue at that organisation. A role that primed him perfectly for his position at boost.ai where, today, he leads an experienced team to strategically expand the reach of the company’s conversational AI platform, helping clients in new and existing markets elevate customer experience

Diana Filipescu

Diana Filipescu is from Bucharest, România. Diana has a regulatory background, with 11 years of experience in clinical trials. She worked in Regulatory for almost 8 years and then transitioned from Regulatory Line Manager to Business Development Manager. She has earned two BSc., one in Management and the other one in Law. In addition, she also has a MSc. in Health Management. She is very passionate about finding new ways to improve the healthcare industry by ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Her goal is to make sure that all medical products are safe for consumers.

Lauren Colfer

Lauren joins us with over 25 years of pharmaceutical development experience in both large and small pharmaceutical company settings.  Her career started as a clinical monitor with Covance which eventually led to oversight of clinical and medical affairs operations teams at Wyeth, Pfizer, Cephalon and Teva across multiple therapeutic areas.  Her biotech experience includes Head of Clinical Operations and Project Management at Recro Pharmaceuticals and, more recently, Head of Clinical Operations at Aceragen Pharmaceuticals (formerly Idera Pharmaceuticals). She is currently Vice President of Clinical Operations at MapLight Therapeutics.

Lauren holds a BS in Biology from the University of Scranton and an MBA in Biotechology and Health Industry Management from Pennsylvania State University.

Jennifer Fenwick

Jennifer is part of World Courier’s team leading the cell and gene therapy and direct-to-patient service lines, focusing on defining strategy, driving growth, and solving operational and process challenges arising from these shipments’ complexity. With experience in roles on both the sponsor and vendor side for clinical and commercial pharmaceutical logistics, Jennifer has served in many leadership roles in the clinical trial supply chain, project management, vendor and alliance management before joining World Courier in 2022. Jennifer is helping the health tech sector integrate and grow within the continuously shifting landscape.
