Karrie has over 15 years’ experience in the Wealth Management sector, ATT qualified and a member of CISI; Karrie has worked on numerous large-scale transformation projects with a focus on Software Implementation and Data Migration. Karrie founded KAWC in 2009 to provide specialist Capital Gains Tax and Investment Administration services, primarily to Investment Banks and Private Wealth Managers. Karrie’s passion for problem solving saw KAWC launch TIARA, KAWC’s own Investment Taxes solution, to deliver technology to revolutionise the tax function and improve the client reporting of one of the most complex areas of investment administration.

Ronelle Arbib is Chief Operating Officer at Recognise Bank, with senior leadership experience across financial services, investments, and real estate in the UK and internationally. She leads the Bank’s operations, digital innovation and technology and customer experience strategy, with a strong focus on delivering good outcomes at scale. Ronelle also leads Recognise Bank’s partnership with Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF). Earlier in her career, she spent five years in operational roles in the Air Force, managing large teams, complex projects and mission critical operations.

Robin Simsa

Robin Simsa is the CEO of Revo Foods, and has a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the University of Gothenburg and Tufts University and is recognized as one of FORBES “30 under 30” for the DACH region. With a background in biotechnology and a passion for ocean sustainability, Robin has extensive experience in the field of 3D food printing, which he used when building his first start up. Revo Foods has revolutionized the production of plant-based fish alternatives and is currently the largest supplier of salmon alternatives in Europe. What makes the fish alternatives so unique are their sensory properties along with an authentic taste, and of course their reduced impact on the environment. In his speech, he will address the developments in 3D printing and the future of sustainable food production, as well as his dedication to finding innovative solutions to address the challenges of sustainable transformation in the food industry.
