Gary Cunnington is a Global Development Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim with over 30 years Pharma experience, he prefers however, to describe himself as an innovation coach, helping staff, vendors and Business Partners to deliver the future business needs in the heavily regulated healthcare world where risk is usually to be avoided.  More recently his efforts have focused on patient centric technology solutions that deliver improvements in recruitment, retention and adherence in global clinical studies.

Neta Bendelac is the Senior Director at 4G Clinical, a leading provider of randomization and trial supply management (RTSM) technology and associated services for sponsors and CROs. Leveraging over 16 years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management, including leadership roles at global pharmaceutical companies, Neta is a recognized authority in the field. At 4G Clinical, she drives product and service innovation, working closely with pharmaceutical companies to deliver solutions that address the evolving needs of enterprise pharma. Her expertise encompasses complex clinical supply chains, decentralized trials, and the strategic application of technology and services to optimize clinical trial execution.

Matthew joined Coutts in 2017, and is currently Associate Director, Strategic Programmes for the NatWest Group Wealth franchise. Matt supports the group’s corporate development, strategic execution and AUM growth priorities across the Coutts, NatWest Premier and Royal Bank Premier brand suite. In September 2022, he joined the NatWest Group Colleague Advisory Panel (CAP), representing the Wealth Businesses. The CAP engages directly with the NatWest plc Board, empowering colleague voice in the boardroom, and providing input into a range of strategic initiatives. Since November 2022 he has also sat on the PIMFA Under 40 Leadership Committee.

Prior to this, Matt covered the GCC, Levant, and Asia wealth management business for Coutts’ International division. Principally delivering wealth and investment management solutions to high net worth clients and their families, Matt also supported the development of the International and Family Office strategy.

Matt is a graduate of Durham University where he read Economics with Management. His studies ranged from the analysis of individual markets to global economies, along with those in management theory and business. His dissertation explored the role of the Capital Asset Pricing Model in emerging economies’ equity markets. In addition to studies for his degree, Matt was elected Co-President of Durham Finance Society, and sat on the Students’ Union Committee for Teaching and Learning. He also rowed for Grey College Boat Club (where he served as treasurer) and served as finance director for Durham Economics.

His interests include music, where he holds the ATCL diploma from the Trinity College London in Music Performance, long-distance running, skiing and travel

Matthew has over 20 yrs experience working for wealth managers, investment consultants and banks. His focus is now helping clients use technology to gain most efficiency from their operating model.

Originally from Rwanda and now based in Belgium, Révérien brings a unique blend of global experience and cultural insight to the clinical trial supply landscape.
With over 12 years of expertise in pharmaceutical supply chain management, he has successfully collaborated with leading companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Baxter, Thermo Fisher, and UCB.

Révérien’s academic background in IT and Supply Chain, combined with his deep understanding of clinical trial logistics, positions him as a forward-thinking expert in leveraging technology and innovation to optimize supply chains.
His focus includes improving trial diversity, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring patient safety through data-driven and patient-centered strategies.
