TON KENTGENS

After studying Business Economics in Maastricht, Ton build up a long track record in the Financial Services Industry. He worked 12 years for Rabobank Group, both at the Bank and the Asset Manager Robeco. He spend 6 years in Poland, working at an acquisition of Rabobank and later opening up a sales office for Robeco. Upon his return to The Netherlands, he worked 3 years for Capgemini Consulting and 7 years for Ortec Finance. He always concentrated on the wealth management industry and was active in a business development role mainly in The Nordic countries. Ton recently joined Aixigo as the UK & Ireland Country Manager.

RANILA RAVI-BURSLEM

Ranila is currently working as a distribution director at Scottish Widows and previously has lead the customer strategy for the SME market as Director of SME Solutions for Aviva in the UK. Before this she was Director of marketing for NEST Pensions where she had responsibility for customer strategy, propositions, distribution, and digital across commercial and retail markets. She has deep experience of delivering business growth and strategies in diverse sectors such as professional services, financial services and charities. She has also been on the board of international development charities and is passionate about gender issues.

ASHLEY INNES

Motivated and passionate leader with a proven ability to build relationships, lead and develop people, manage projects, and produce outcomes. Creates opportunities to further drive business and improve lives through public health education and resources. Extensive experience in HIV/AIDS, mental health, and community engagement. In addition is highly skilled in public speaking and persuasive writing. Passionate about social justice and creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all people. Patrick Pichler

Patrick is heading the Department Quality in Distribution, Artwork and Product Security @Merck since 2014. In this role he is deeply involved in all topics around distribution, warehousing, GDPs, validation and qualifications, risk assessment, etc. With his team he controls the worldwide shipments leaving all Merck manufacturing sites or CMOs. Before joining Merck Patrick was working as GMP and GDP inspector for the Austrian national Health Authority. Being responsible for international inspections he gained a lot of insights into the pharmaceutical world and quality practices of various pharma companies. As a member of the GDP drafting group at the European Health Authority EMA he was deeply involved in the generation and implementation of the EU GDP guideline. Patrick has also a broad knowledge in QC testing and product release as he worked in different QC labs for 11 years. He is a biotechnologist by training with a Master’s Degree of the University of Applied Science in Krems, Austria.

DR. CHRISTIANA HOFMANN

From my educational background I am biologist. I have completed my PhD at the Helmholtz Research Centre of Munich in cooperation with the Technical University of Munich in the field of toxicology.
After that I gained several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on quality management.
Since nearly 4 years, I am working within TÜV SÜD in the sector of Medical Health Services. Currently, I am leading a team of experts and auditors for non-active medical devices and I am responsible for the Article 117 business in the regions DACH & Nordics.
Besides these roles, I am Auditor and Senior Product Specialist for non-active medical devices.
