Amit Sinha
Amit is the Chief Technology Officer for Private Equity (PE) at Microsoft UK. He advises PE Houses and Portfolio Companies on their technology roadmap from a technology, business and innovation perspective, drawing on over 10 years of practical experience. He has worked across multiple sectors transforming small and large organizations into nimble Digital Businesses using Cloud, DevOps and Custom Development. Amit’s background is in building robust and flexible IT platforms which enable customers to rapidly innovate and disrupt the market.
Amit joined the Forbes Technology Council (FTC) in 2021, is the Chair for the FTC Private Capital community, and is a British Computing Society Fellow.
Amit is passionate about STEM and the development of technology skills for the next generation of the Engineering workforce. He is Guest Chair for the skills steering committee for the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) and is a trustee at the Sci4Us charity, an award-winning children’s STEM Club, providing children of all backgrounds with the inspiration and resources to engage in STEM.

Ms. Bruns is an experienced patient advocate, an influencer within the rare disease community and a former rare disease nonprofit leader. Using strategic and operational leadership, she provides synergy between Clinical Operations and Patient Advocacy with a focus on building the framework for pipeline assets. Her direct understanding of the unique needs of the rare community provide valuable insights to the innovation teams. Ms. Bruns’ dedication to supporting families and rare disease organizations ensure that patient perspective is included in all areas of drug development.
