David Crean
Kathryn Duschean
Dr. Kathryn Duschean is a Senior Scientist in Biomarker Development at Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research in Cambridge, MA, following a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship. She is currently involved in biomarker operational planning, focusing on streamlining fully outsourced studies containing biomarkers. She is also involved in the implementation, and validation of novel patient-centric sampling techniques across a variety of therapeutic areas. Her deep personal passions and former research in autoimmune and related conditions heavily influence and progress her interests and projects in this area. She believes that engaging with internal and external partners is critical to advancing the capabilities of clinical trials, including recruitment and decentralization. Kathryn received both bachelors in English, and in Health Sciences from the University of Iowa, and her PharmD from the University of Colorado.
Gordon Jamieson
Aidan Potter
Aidan is a Board Director and Design Partner at John McAslan + Partners with extensive experience in the design and management of complex urban developments, masterplanning and architecture. He is one of the founding designers of the practice, first joining as a student in the early 1980s. Across the years he has contributed to many of the practice’s most esteemed projects, including the multi-award-winning Roundhouse, King’s Cross Station, and The Olympic Energy Centre in London, and was masterplanner for Lancaster University and The University of Manchester. Internationally, Aidan notably led the transformation of two significant industrial heritage sites in Moscow, the Stanislavsky Factory and the Bolshevik Factory, and also led the practice’s award-winning design of Kericho Cathedral in Kenya. Aidan currently leads the practice’s residential, commercial and urban design studio. Aidan’s signature design skills, drawings and his enthusiasm for finding ‘new ideas for old building,’ is a cornerstone of the practice’s portfolio and long history of adaptive reuse at all scales, as well as its environmental, social and urban philosophy. His work has been reproduced in numerous books, international periodicals and exhibited and awarded at The Royal Academy of Arts, RIBA, The Royal Scottish Academy, L’Arsenal in Paris, The Architecture Foundation and the Institute of Contemporary Art in London and Boston. Aidan is also a visiting critic for several notable institutions including The Strelka Institute in Moscow, The London School of Economics, The Bartlett, Edinburgh School of Art and a fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts and the Royal Incorporation of Scottish Architects.

Cameron has a diverse background in Software as a Service, and specifically in creating and championing solutions that engage a wide range of participants, such as clinicians, patients, data managers and sponsors.
Cameron’s experience includes SaaS / Cloud, Imaging, Simulations, Analytics, Data Integration, Risk and Compliance Management, Training, and Patient Advocacy.
Chris Watson
Chris has over 27 years experience in product and service development within regulated industries across multiple markets. The last 13+ years have focused on Clinical technologies; including tools and platforms to, engage, educate and retain participants (and their families) in clinical studies. Chris is a recognised subject matter expert in eCOA and patient engagement, with a proven ability in the technical domain. Chris believes in the utilisation of technology for the benefit of all and is a proponent of change, so that our industry is able to support the globalisation of clinical research, which supports diverse participant populations.
