Ines Ashton is the Digital and AI Strategy Director at The Compleat Food Group, leading the company’s digital transformation across manufacturing, data, and AI. With over 15 years of experience spanning banking, publishing, oil, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG, she has previously driven large-scale analytics and AI programmes at Shell and Mars Inc. Ines is passionate about using data and technology to build smarter, more resilient businesses — and brings a people-first, practical approach to digital change. Outside of work, she’s an animal lover with two dogs, three cats, and a lively fishpond.

Victoria has more than 15 years’ experience within healthcare, spanning pharmaceutical, medical device, and agency environments. As Agency Head within Medical Communications at Syneos Health, she leads teams in developing strategic, evidence-based engagement programmes that align scientific credibility with real-world impact.
Her expertise lies in translating complex medical and clinical narratives into clear strategies that drive behaviour change — whether through medical education, product launches, or clinical trial engagement. Victoria brings deep experience in connecting Medical, Clinical, and Commercial perspectives to create durable, insight-driven solutions that build confidence, inspire action, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Victoria holds a BSc in Medical Biochemistry and a PhD in Microbiology and Microscopy from the University of Sheffield. Prior to joining the medical communications industry, she worked for Abbott in both field and brand/medical roles.
