Aliona has approximately three years of experience in pharmaceutical logistics and supply chain operations, with a strong focus on managing regulated storage and distribution environments under GxP and GDP requirements.

In her current role, she works closely with third-party logistics providers to ensure compliance, oversees internal logistics deviations and customer-related complaints, and leads the development and monitoring of key performance indicators. She is actively involved in internal process improvement initiatives and is currently supporting a major warehouse relocation project to accommodate business growth and increased capacity needs.

Her expertise includes temperature-controlled storage and transport, validation and quality requirements, evaluation of passive and active cooling solutions, assessment of logistics service providers, and the development of sustainable distribution strategies. She also brings strong experience in quality assurance, deviation management, and risk mitigation across regulated supply chains.

Earl Tanmantiong has served as Director and Chief Technology Officer of HBNB since March 3, 2025. In addition, Mr. Tanmantiong has served as Chief Technology Officer of Hotel101 Global since 2024. Prior to joining Hotel101 Global, Mr. Tanmantiong served as Founder and President of Earl Hotel Revenue Management Corp., a revenue management service provider for hotel chains in the Philippines, from 2017 to 2024; and as Director of Revenue Management for Hilton-branded hotels in Manhattan, New York City, from 2013 to 2016. Mr. Tanmantiong holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration, Cum Laude, from Cornell University.

Recognized as a subject matter expert in radiopharmaceutical clinical trials, Stacy specializes in translating complex science into operational strategy, proactive risk assessment, and mitigation planning to ensure trial integrity and delivery excellence. She is passionate about advancing targeted therapies and strengthening global partnerships to accelerate clinical development worldwide.
