Karin Jenniskens, Marketing Manager Dairy & Dairy Alternatives at Cargill’s Food Solutions EMEA

 

Karin has over 15 years of experience in working in different marketing roles in the animal & human nutrition sector. She is currently the Commercial Marketing Manager for the Health & Nutrition categories at Cargill’s Food Solutions EMEA, including Dairy & Dairy Alternatives. Born in the Netherlands and living in Rotterdam, Karin has always had a keen interest in nutrition and health – in fact she’s a self-confessed “conscious consumer.”

 

During her presentation day 2, Karin will be outlining how to bring “dairy joy for everyone” by co-creating on-trend dairy and dairy alternatives for tomorrow’s consumer.

Jemma Luxford

Jemma is an experienced commercial director with extensive experience leading teams across sales, category and commercial strategy. With nearly 20 years FMCG experience, Jemma started her career at P&G working on iconic brands including Gillette and Pampers before moving into food where she has gained significant experience in the dairy industry, with roles focused on sales, innovation and revenue growth strategies. Jemma has a proven track record of delivering growth in both local and Global roles and is currently a member of The Collective’s leadership team, heading up the commercial function to drive expansion for The brand’s future.

Adam Thompson

Experience: I have worked in Food and Drink supply chains for 15 years, covering various roles in procurement and supply with an increasing focus on sustainability. ESG has always been a big focus through my career, from starting out making delicious organic baby food at Ella’s Kitchen, to helping Mars Drinks reduce the impact of their aluminum foil and paper cups, to more recently leading functions at B CORPs. My current role as Supply Chain & Sustainability Director at Pip & Nut offers me the privilege to bring together two intrinsically linked functions to drive the business towards our ambitious ESG goals, which include our Net Zero commitments.

Tony Sacre

With a wealth of experience in international business and strategic organizational development, Tony Sacre is building upon a 25-year career that includes senior executive roles within ANZ Banking Group, Commonwealth Bank, HSBC, JP Morgan, and National Australia Bank, as well as experience leading various financial markets, trade finance, and advisory businesses across the globe.

From 2018 to 2025 Mr. Sacre served as Chief Executive Officer of the Bentleys Network, Australia’s twelfth largest accounting firm with revenues in excess of 140 million AUD. There, he focused on enhancing capability and capacity within the network and driving developmental projects across all regions.

At Allinial Global Sacre is responsible for strategic planning, financial performance, and the association’s overall growth and success. With both CA and CPA credentials and experience serving on the association’s Global Executive Board and APAC Regional Board, he complements a primary strength of the Allinial Global leadership team—its deep, nuanced understanding of the accounting profession and the evolving needs of today’s independent accounting and advisory firms.

Andreas Frangeskides

Holding a Master’s in Management from Cass Business School, he specializes in strategic management and digital marketing. A confident business leader, skilled negotiator, and engaging storyteller, Andreas thrives on test-and-learn strategies, leveraging AI and cloud technologies to drive best-in-class marketing executions.
