Irfan Khan

Irfan Khan, MD, the Founder and CEO of Circuit Clinical®, is a cardiologist who has served as a principal investigator on both therapeutic and device clinical trials for more than a decade. Delivering on his company’s mission, Dr. Khan is passionate about improving access and equity in clinical trials, increasing community engagement, and fostering the patient experience through education and empowerment.

Over the last six years, he has overseen Circuit Clinical’s growth to more than 2.5 million patients, which involve 30+ partner locations including multi-specialty physician practices, Accountable Care Organizations, and Federally Qualified Health Centers. His work at Circuit Clinical has also included the creation of TrialJourney™, the first-ever ratings and reviews platform for clinical trial participants and people seeking clinical research as a care option.

Brian Greene

Brian Greene joined ICON through the recent PRA acquisition and currently serves as Vice President of Business Development for Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT). Brian is responsible for developing strategy and driving DCT business development in support of the DCT operations unit at ICON. Brian is also responsible for building and managing the DCT commercial team and coordinates with the operational and clinical teams to support sponsor engagements pertaining to DCT.

Brian has held multiple sales and leadership positions with fortune 500 companies in the Pharmaceutical, CRO, Wellness, and Health Care Technology industries. Brian has a proven track record of business development and building high-performing health care commercial teams focusing on patient-centric solutions.  Brian brings a wealth of experience on how to leverage technology solutions and support services to enhance patient and site engagement and to reduce the overall burden of participation in clinical trials.

Brian attended Western Michigan University where he received a Bachelor of Science.

Alina Pszczółkowska

Alina Pszczółkowska is a medical graduate with a distinguished diploma in management from Polish Open University and Oxford Brookes University. Since 1997, she’s been involved with clinical research – working in Poland and in various global roles

After spending some time as acting physician she joined pharma industry  and AstraZeneca in 1999, where she has held various leadership roles in clinical operations across site, study and programm management  leading projects and organisations across the globe. 

She also worked in  Gothenburg, Sweden, overseeing delivery of  cardiovascular, kidney, and gastrointestinal portfolio.

As of 2023, Alina is the Head of Late Phase Program Management organization in Respiratory and Immunology.

Alina is also the Site Leader of for AstraZeneca Cross functional site in Poland, and Vice-President at AstraZeneca Pharma Poland.
