Cecilia Lindström is the Head of Open Innovation & Partnerships at Arla Foods Innovation. Besides future proofing Arla Foods by having external partners deliver to their innovation agenda she frequently speaks at conferences and events in order to inspire others and gain new inspiration around sustainable food innovation.
Her academic background, a PhD in Biotechnology and Nutrition and long-term focus on external collaborations have paved the way towards where she stands today. Cecilia is passionate about changing the conversation about the future food system to be based on scientifically validated principles not on perceived or emotionally felt benefits. She believes collaborative efforts across the whole value chain and industries are needed in order to solve our broken food system.
Claudia Berrón is Avantor’s Senior Vice President, Clinical Services. Claudia has over two decades of experience in B2B strategic marketing covering ideation, value proposition strategies, market segmentation, marketing and sales planning through product launch, and has been working with Avantor since 2015. She holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and a bachelor’s degree from Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico City.
For the past two years Nikolay has served as Project Manager responsible for the global implementation of BlueTeMS Project. Prior to this he was Quality Manager and Responsible Pharmacist of Merck Bulgaria.
Nikolay joined Merck in June 2015 from Sopharma AD where he, over a five years period, held several positions in the manufacturing of dry-ice, aseptic and solid dosage products, validation of processes and equipment, validation of computerised systems, administration of electronic Quality Management System, motoring and coordination of all deviations, complaints, change controls, CAPAs, etc.
Nikolay holds a master’s degree in pharmacy from Medical University of Sofia, Bulgaria.
