Andy Lipetz has 19 years of experience in clinical research including time at PPD and IQVIA where he held a broad range of roles across operations, sales, analytics, and strategy. Andy is now the head of CRO Partnerships at Castor where he collaborates with customers to build long-term relationships and to deliver decentralized and hybrid clinical trials. Andy holds an economics degree from UCLA and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill.

Nonnie has over 26 years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries (at sponsors, CRO, and investigative sites) in the outsourcing, budgeting, and contracts management. In her current role at Terns, she leads the outsourcing, contracting, and vendor management activities for the R&D organization. In her past role at Gilead Sciences, Inc., she led the outsourcing and contracting activities to support various departments and therapeutic areas including but are not limited to the Early Development Clinical Operations, Clinical Research, as well as contracting with KOLs and Advisory Board members. Prior to Gilead, she held positions at Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute, Paragon Biomedical, and Medtronic.

Nonnie received her MBA with concentration in finance from Chapman University, California.
