Delia Steiner

Delia is an accomplished wealth management expert with more than a decade of experience in financial services. As an educated economist she has started her career in economic forecasting at the Swiss National Bank and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs. Since 2021 she leads the Swiss branch of Aixigo, the world’s fastest API-based wealth management platform, after several years in consulting banks and wealth managers in digital innovation.

Jeff Lezinski

Jeff is Odessa’s SVP, Solution Architecture, instrumental in architecting Odessa’s functional solutions since he joined the company in 2004. Jeff currently serves on the ELFA Accounting Committee and participates as a liaison to various industry and regulatory bodies. Prior to Odessa, Jeff worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he participated in and managed various engagements from a consulting and an audit perspective for a variety of industries, including financial services, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Haverford College.

Andy Pitts-Tucker

Andy has over 24 years’ experience in the financial markets sector, most recently running global distribution in the sustainable investments division of Deutsche Asset Management. Having joined Apex in September 2019, Andy has specific responsibility for driving the Group’s strategic ESG development through its subsidiary Apex ESG Ratings. The purpose of Apex ESG is to deliver an objective ESG rating and report for privately held companies to drive positive change. Prior to becoming Managing Director for Apex ESG, Andy spent three years developing sustainable business models for protected areas and conservation initiatives in Sub Sahara Africa. He is development board member of the UK charity Tusk Trust.

Michael Green

Michael Green is the chief executive officer of the Social Progress Imperative. SPI is a global nonprofit that uses data to influence policy and investment decisions, to create positive social and environmental outcomes. With more than 70 partners in 45 countries the Social Progress Index has never been more important as we seek to build back better in the wake of the pandemic.

An economist by training, Michael is co-author (with Matthew Bishop) of Philanthrocapitalism: How Giving Can Save the World and The Road from Ruin: A New Capitalism for a Big Society. Previously he served as a senior official in the U.K. Government’s Department for International Development, where he managed British aid programs to Russia and Ukraine and headed the communications department. He taught Economics at Warsaw University in Poland in the early 1990s. His TED Talks have been viewed more than four million times, and his 2014 Talk was chosen by the TED organization as one of the ‘most powerful ideas’ that year and by The Telegraph as one of the 10 best ever. @shepleygreen

He is a trusted solar expert for Schneider Electric and has Consulted and implemented more than 300 (Solar, Inverters, Low, Medium & High voltage) operational solutions positioned throughout the Nigerian market, (one of the most challenging in the world).

He strongly believes that DSERA(a strategic approach he developed) Decentralization, Storage,
Efficiencies, Recycle and Repurpose, and Artificial Intelligence are keys to bridging the #kilowattdivide
while reducing our carbon footprint. He is the co-founder of an NGO “Light up a Precious Life” which is
dedicated to bridging the kilowatt divide as well as capacity building for orphanages, rehabilitation centers and elderly homes.

Kim Hedges

Kim Hedges has 25 years of experience in managing patients by utilizing digital health solutions to expand access virtually to healthcare and clinical research.  She has expertise in executing solutions to implement, oversee and ensure best practices are integrated into the end-user experience for providers, sites, and patients.  She helped pioneer the application of mobile-first strategies for use across a variety of healthcare settings for providers, payers, academic institutions, and patients to expand access to care virtually.  Ms. Hedges has focused on the use of real-world experiences and insights gained to drive the successful implementation of mobile and virtual clinical trials.  Her current focus involves collaboration in digital health strategy & solutions from protocol assessment through solution deployment.

John Mann

John Mann has more than 20+ years’ experience in clinical research organizations and 25 years in management including non-industry experience.  He has managed studies that covered very large clinical trial project teams in over 50 countries with responsibilities for coordinating all clinical trial services. Additionally, Mr. Mann has extensive global pediatric and rare/ultra-rare clinical trial experience. Mr. Mann has work at multiple CROs and currently works at ICON (formally PRA Healthsciences) for the last 10 years where he has lead the emerging biotech and rare disease operations business sections in project management.  During his time at ICON he helped lead the risk based monitoring task force and in early 2021 he moved to the newly formed Decentralized Trials (DCT) Operations business unit to help lead and operationalize DCT studies within ICON.  He obtained his Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), six sigma green belt certification from NC State University, change management certification from PROSCI, and has obtained is MSc degree from North Carolina State University
