Having worked for nearly 30 years in the International packaging industry, Elaine has experience in working with many of the World’s leading food and beverage companies assisting them to innovate, recreate and renovate their packaging. With extensive knowledge across multiple packaging formats, including printed folded cartons, flexible packaging, closures and glass, Elaine understands the challenges faced in an ever changing and challenging marketplace.
In her role as UK Country Group Leader for NPD & NPD for O-I, the team focus is on delivering premium and sustainable glass solutions to the spirits and beer industries. O-I’s consultative approach in dealing with new projects, major redesigns or brand refreshes is valued by both existing and new customers.
Maria Rey-Marston leads Accenture’s NonAlcoBev segment, driving sustainable, innovative and transformative strategies for the top global companies in the industry. Her 20+ year career in beverages, spans multiple categories from beer and spirits, to soft drinks and coffee, working with manufacturers, distributors and retailers. Her work has focused on supply chain, operations, new product introduction, routes-to-market, and commercial strategies. Maria is an Economist and holds a MSc in Supply Chain Operations from Georgia Tech and a PhD in Business Performance from Cranfield University.
Ashley Ayers is the Director of Account Management at Clinigen Group, specifically focused in the Service Division on Comparator Sourcing. Currently managing global accounts with a team in the US and Europe to meet the needs of our clients. Her role focus is on supporting and driving the team to deliver world-class customer service with innovative ideas while developing client relationships and enabling global process efficiencies.
