Her expertise lies in leveraging data-driven insights to craft targeted and innovative business solutions. Since its establishment, LHI has managed hotels and F&B establishments around Indonesia, transforming hospitality industry into a more dynamic and technology-driven one. Niken has also been an active contributor to the World Bank since 2017, specializing in Women, Business, and the Law Practice group. In her free time, she enjoys reading and golf.

Todd Davis

Todd holds an MBA from the University of Manitoba. His career in brand and innovation has included living in Toronto, Geneva, Singapore and Hong Kong working with research giants Nielsen and YouGov and more recently C&C Group on the producer side. Todd joined the Ai Palette- Globaldata team in early 2025

His client work has included engagements with Starbucks, Heineken, Pernod Ricard, Dannon, Lidl, Ferrero, Disney, HSBC and The British Olympic Association

Xiaoyu Deng, has over 17 years of experience in global clinical research and development. Mr. Deng is a recognized expert in planning and executing clinical trials across diverse global regions. He has held key positions at leading international CROs, including Labcorp, Syneos, Chiltern, and Covance. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Deng successfully led the first COVID-19 study in the APAC region for Covance, demonstrating his ability to lead high-stakes research under tight timelines.
As the founder of MDCE, Mr. Deng has guided the company to substantial success, generating over 20 billion RMB in profits for its clients and helping more than 80 Chinese medical devices and drug products successfully land overseas.
Mr. Deng holds a Master’s degree in Public Health (Epidemiology) from Harvard University’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a licensed pharmacist.

Vincent Zang 臧文升

With 16 years of deep expertise in the clinical operations industry, Vincent Zang has previously worked at ICON, Johnson & Johnson, and Simcere Pharmaceutical. In 2019, he joined Innovent Biologics, where he has been involved in the full lifecycle clinical development of multiple drugs (including small molecule chemicals, monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, peptides, etc.), with several products successfully approved for market launch. He has accumulated extensive experience in novel drug clinical development.

Amy is a Senior Product Manager at Certara, specializing in advanced solutions and metadata repositories (MDR). With over a decade of experience in CDISC standards and clinical data operations, she is passionate about creating practical, efficient solutions that empower clinical programmers.

Dr. Scott Zoldi

Dr. Scott Zoldi is chief analytics officer at FICO, responsible for artificial intelligence and analytic innovation across FICO’s product and technology solutions. Dr. Zoldi is a named inventor on 140+ active patents and pending patent applications, with more than 100 granted. Scott is an industry leader in the responsible use of AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI, as well as an outspoken proponent of AI governance and regulation. His groundbreaking work in focused language models (FLMs) for GenAI and a patented use of blockchain technology for AI model development governance has helped propel Scott to AI visionary status. His recent awards include Constellation Research Award AI150, Tech Leadership Award from Banking Tech Awards, Tech Influencer Highly Commendable Award from DataIQ Data & AI Awards, San Diego Business Journal – Leaders of Influence in Technology (2025); Tech Leadership – Software & Services Provider from Fintech Futures, MachineCon AI100 Award, Innovator Award from American Banker (2024); Global Finance Innovator Award (FICO) (2023); and Corinium Future Thinking Award (2022).
