Keaton Fonvielle is Head of Client Services at Atreo, where she leads client services strategy, project management, and operational delivery. She brings more than 14 years of experience in RTSM across both CRO and technology organizations, with a background in project delivery, client leadership, team development, and operational transformation. With over 25 years of experience as a project manager (predictive, hybrid & agile) in the automotive industry, Dr. Šime Pervan is a seasoned leader skilled in guiding teams to achieve project goals. As a servant leader, he is dedicated to developing high-performing project teams and communicating effectively with clients, management, and contractors. Since December 2021, he has served as Delivery Owner and internal Project Lead at Exxeta for the SMYLE project, driving the integration of a new contract management system for Mercedes-Benz Leasing Deutschland (MBLD) in close collaboration with CMS provider Alfa.
