Des Bishop is the Group Head of People Development at Hiscox where he is responsible for all Sales, Technical, Behavioural and Leadership development across the Hiscox Group. Des has successfully delivered across a range of HRD roles in FTSE 100 financial service companies, from large international insurers through to multi-site contact centres. His expertise is centred on sales development and both organizational & leadership development. Des has been with Hiscox since 2005 and holds an MSc from the University of Leicester and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Paolo joined Celli Group back in February 2017 as Group Commercial Director. Prior to that he had he managed two start up (HR and IT Security) prior to join Microsoft, we’re for 12 years he had the chance to lead teams and initiative across more than 30 Countries and living in Europe and in the USA. He is currently the Americas Regional Director and leads the Global Account Sales Team.

Javier Sánchez-Pastor is an Inspector in the Spanish National Police, with years of experience leading teams of investigators in the area of cybercrime and currently posted in the Joint Cybercrime Action Taskforce at Europol, coordinating and supporting international cybercrime cases.
