While initiating and spearheading various strategic initiatives at the organization he worked for. Ashraf consistently implored businesses to consider technology as an enabler and as a key competitive differentiator. His in-depth understanding of banking operation and financial business helped him identify, design, and successfully develop new process initiatives and align IT plans with the business strategy.
During his more than 25 career years, Ashraf held senior leadership positions and executive roles (including CTO, CIO, COO, CEO, BOD, and V.Chairman) across various financial as well as non-banking institutions in many countries (including UAE, Bahrain, KSA, Albania, Malaysia, Iraq…).
