Darius Sabas

Darius Sabas is a Lead Data Scientist EMEA at DataRobot. Based in London, he leads customer engagements advising businesses across EMEA on how they can leverage Machine Learning and DataRobot to resolve some of their toughest business problems. Darius has worked with most of the early customers of DataRobot in Europe, in particular within the Insurance, Manufacturing, Media and Telco industries. Previously, Darius was leading data science teams in Media, E-commence and Consultancy companies gaining perspective on both – advisory and client side.

Tomek Bugajski

Tomek has held key executive positions at eBaoTech since the company started in Europe in 2004. He was responsible for operations across Europe and India and eventually took on the role of General Manager for the region.

Prior to co-founding eBaoTech in Europe, Tomek worked 4 years at Winterthur Insurance (now AXA), a leading insurance company in Switzerland, where he was a Vice President driving operational excellence and performance improvement programs across Europe, including insurance portfolio migrations, product and process simplification, new system selections and implementations.

Before working at Winterthur Insurance, Tomek spent 5 years at PwC as Manager leading various IT, Operations and Finance advisory projects at insurance and reinsurance clients in Switzerland and Central and Eastern Europe.

Tomek earned his MBA degree at Clarkson University in the US and graduated with a Master’s Degree in International Trade from Cracow Academy of Economics in Poland. He holds a US CPA license and is also a licensed insurance broker in Switzerland.

Marlon Bromfield

Marlon uses his 25 years’ knowledge of the financial services industry to enable insurance organisations to create, deliver and accelerate their digital transformation strategies and programmes of work. Using his wealth of industry and technology experience alongside a unique innovative approach, he has helped many insurance organisations unlock their ‘digital’ potential and deliver better customer experiences, improved operational efficiencies and business opportunities for growth.

At Sopra Steria he is responsible for Propositions, Innovation, Partner Ecosystems and the Start Up community. He is also an active member of the Sopra Steria BAME community and Technology Innovation board.

Kimberly Finn

Kimberly Finn is Vice President, Global Patient Centric Services for Marken. She has extensive experience in the clinical trials industry with over 25 years in roles within clinical operations and global project management in both pharma and CRO organizations. Kim’s expertise in protocol design and clinical strategy has contributed to successful on-time delivery of complex portfolios and she has directly contributed to the development of many New Drug Application (NDA) approved and marketed compounds.

Kelly Knowles

Kelly Knowles is currently the Senior Director of Client Services at Signant Health and has been with the company for almost 12 years. Prior to joining Signant Health she held project management positions at a contract manufacturing company in Philadelphia as well as within the Clinical Supplies and Process Development groups at Centocor.  She has her Bachelor degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Penn State University and her MBA from Villanova University.

Bruce Curry

Bruce Curry is a vice president for collections and recovery consulting and sales at analytics firm FICO, helping clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa improve performance in collections and recovery. Before joining FICO, Bruce held successive senior operational management positions over 16 years with Barclays vehicle asset finance (Dial Contracts), Marks and Spencer Financial Services and Royal Bank of Scotland Cards. Trishna Bharadia

Trishna Bharadia is a multi-award winning health advocate and patient engagement champion. From the UK, she has worked across Europe and the world with multiple stakeholders to get the patient voice heard louder, stronger and more effectively throughout the entire healthcare journey. Her work includes health information, patient support programmes, disease awareness campaigns, improving the clinical trial experience, engaging with BME communities and development of patient-centred strategies, among many other things. She is a regular conference speaker, advisor, writer and media spokesperson. Among her accolades, she was recognised by the UK Prime Minister’s Office with a Points of Light Award in 2018, for her work with patient communities.

Victoria Burrows

Victoria is Director of Advancing Net Zero, the pioneering WorldGBC global project to ensure that all buildings are “net zero” carbon by 2050. In this role, Victoria oversees and supports Green Building Councils participating in the project, as well as a number of other partnerships which provide funding and support, marketing and communications, and the Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment.

With a strong background in the sustainable development industry, ranging from client side advisory services, green building rating tool consultancy, and an on-site Head of Sustainability for a major international contractor, Victoria brings a unique perspective to the Advancing Net Zero project.

Victoria has a degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from the University of Nottingham, and co-authored the book: A Whole System Approach to High-Performance Green Buildings.
