Rowena has an international career in banking and FSIs, working in Singapore, Hong Kong, Manila, Warsaw and London in transformational change roles and start-ups.
As the founding CEO of Stanchart’s newest subsidiary in Poland, she established Eastern Europe’s premier cyber security centre of excellence as well as the entire physical and operational infrastructure and a highly tuned branding program.
Now Rowena is leading the digital transformation program for Europe-Americas. She is a Board Director of Standard Chartered Poland as well as the SC Ventures fintech Let’s Bloom, a tribunal panel member of the Financial Reporting Council and an Ambassador for the Women in COO Community.
