Steliana Moraru is Head of Growth – Financial Services at TotalSoft, where she contributes to international expansion and strategic transformation initiatives for one of the regional leaders in business software. With prior experience as Chief Operating Officer within the OTP financial group, Steliana has led major digital transformation projects and complex operations in the financial sector, while in other roles she has supported initiatives with significant regional impact.
A PhD in Communication Sciences and a university lecturer with nearly a decade of experience, Steliana teaches courses on leadership, management, and digital innovation at the University of Bucharest and Skillab. She is the co-founder of Carierista.org, an organization that provides pro bono support for the professional reintegration of women from vulnerable backgrounds and serves on international boards and startups such as Global WomenTechLeaders and UniHub, actively promoting diversity, inclusion, and female leadership.
