Stephanie Pelsmakers

Stephanie started her career in 2008 at ING Belgium and crossed borders in 2014 to The Netherlands to follow her passion for digital and customer experience. Her professional experience is a cocktail of customer experience management, feature development for both web and app, agile, data-analytics and marketing. End of 2018 Stephanie was appointed the first CX Lead for ING Netherlands and soon after also for ING Belgium. The challenge: making everyone in ING even more #customercrazy in times of transformation, pressure on costs and increasing customer expectations.
