Manish is the Global Managing Director for Natural Resources industries, based in Silicon Valley, California. At IBM, Natural Resources covers the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Metals, Mining, Paper, Building Materials and other materials industries. Manish took this role in Jan 2019 after leading the IBM business in these industries in the US, and then Asia Pacific to sustained growth. He is accountable for IBM’s business in these industries globally with a focus on strategic clients. Manish also leads the IBM strategy, solutions & partnerships globally for these industries.

Manish is helping clients leverage exponential technologies to fundamentally re-imagine their enterprises in the platform economy as they transform their enterprises across operations, customer experience and products. He has over 22 years of diverse management / technology advisory & solution experience related to global business transformations in these industries. This includes several years of frequent executive management/C-level interaction as a trusted business advisor helping his clients envision roadmaps to drive step-change in key areas of their organizations.

Bill Shea

Bill Shea is CEO and co-founder of Sharp Reflections, a company using “Big Data” computing to analyze reservoirs direct from raw seismic data. Bill has a PhD from Texas A&M University, and previously worked as a research geoscientist for Exxon (in Houston) and Statoil (in Norway). He developed the innovative Pre-Stack Pro seismic reservoir characterization software with partners from Germany’s Fraunhofer Institute, and has led Sharp Reflections since its 2010 spin-off.

Andy Hartman

Andy Hartman is the Director of Corporate Quality and Compliance at Horizon Therapeutics and his group is specifically focused on oversight of Horizon’s clinical development and LCM development products/projects. Andy has held roles of increasing responsibility in sponsor organizations in Quality Control, Regulatory CMC, and Quality Assurance. His experiences have included work on pre-clinical candidates, product launches, products marketed for greater than 30 years, and everything in between.
