Bill Shea

Bill Shea is CEO and co-founder of Sharp Reflections, a company using “Big Data” computing to analyze reservoirs direct from raw seismic data. Bill has a PhD from Texas A&M University, and previously worked as a research geoscientist for Exxon (in Houston) and Statoil (in Norway). He developed the innovative Pre-Stack Pro seismic reservoir characterization software with partners from Germany’s Fraunhofer Institute, and has led Sharp Reflections since its 2010 spin-off.

Andy Hartman

Andy Hartman is the Director of Corporate Quality and Compliance at Horizon Therapeutics and his group is specifically focused on oversight of Horizon’s clinical development and LCM development products/projects. Andy has held roles of increasing responsibility in sponsor organizations in Quality Control, Regulatory CMC, and Quality Assurance. His experiences have included work on pre-clinical candidates, product launches, products marketed for greater than 30 years, and everything in between.

Lanre Rotimi

Lanre Rotimi is the Global Cyber Security Process Manager at Vodafone. He has over a decade of experience with reducing cyber risks by delivering security improvement programs across public and private sector organisations.

Lanre has led Vodafone’s cyber security process architecture workstream for over three years. This ties together multiple functions, services and business units across 27 countries. The functions include: cyber incident management, vulnerability management, ethical hacking, digital CERT and forensics, cyber threat intelligence, security architecture, security design and delivery, security engineering, the Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC), risk and compliance, and access management. The success of this work was acknowledged when Vodafone won ‘Industry Team of the Year’ at the 2018 Cyber Security Awards.

Lanre established the end-to-end proactive cyber security process framework in Vodafone.

Lanre’s leadership delivered ISO27001 audit compliance and he is the co-author of the Vodafone Enterprise GDPR Personal Data Breach process, as well as being owner of the GDPR Cyber Incidents process. Lanre also implements Kanban and other agile methodologies across the organisation at global level.

Before he joined Vodafone in 2016, Lanre worked in process and project roles for Telefónica, Mitie and Transport for London, amongst others.

Lanre is a thought leader who has contributed to Cyber Security: Law and Guidance (Bloomsbury, 2018). He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CISSP, and CISM. He has a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Westminster.

Barbara Zalecka

Barbara Zalecka currently advises one of the biggest media companies in Poland, TVN S.A. TVN is a part of the Discovery, Inc. group. As the legal operations lead for digital and anti-piracy areas, Barbara supervises all TVN’s online activities and represents the company before courts and law enforcement authorities. She is also responsible for the company’s trademark strategy.

Barbara has over a decade of professional experience.

Prior to joining TVN she had practiced law in a Warsaw-based law firm, where she specialized in commercial transactions, M&As, public procurement, unfair competition and intellectual property. She advised, among others, Royal Unibrew A/S, Viking Oy, Orange Polska S.A., Zomato Media Private, and CCC S.A.

Barbara is a graduate of the University of Warsaw. She has also completed studies at the University of Cambridge (English Law School). She is a finalist of “Rising Stars Lawyers – Leaders of Tomorrow 2017” competition, organized by Wolters Kluwer Polska and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.

She holds two professional titles, attorney-at-law (radca prawny) and patent attorney (rzecznik patentowy).

Lara Doyle

Lara operate as a hands on business partner for various internal teams. Together with these teams she identifies legal risks and provide solutions to the business challenges at hand. She is responsible for all intellectual property matters (such as trademarks, copyright, designs, patents, domains) including questions about infringement, use of our brands, filing IP documents, content of (digital) marketing campaigns and brand communication. Lara prepare and review various IP contracts, license agreements, collaboration agreements and other documents to ensure legal compliance and ensure all commercially important inventions are protected by valid IP rights and do not infringe third party IP rights.

Einar Landre, Lead Analyst IT, Equinor

Einar Landre has more than 30 years of software experience. He is currently Lead Analyst, COO of CIT Emerging Technologies Group, supporting Statoil’s various digitalization initiatives. Before joining the CIT organization Mr. Landre lead Statoil IT D&W services for five years. Before joining Statoil 14 years ago Mr. Landre worked for various IT organizations as software developer, architect and leader. His special interest is computer-controlled systems and how these systems can be used to improve operational efficiency and safety. He is an active member of various professional communities, author of papers and renowned conference speaker. He lives with his family in Stavanger, Norway.

He holds an MSc degree in Information Technology from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and he is an IEEE Certified Software Development Professional.

Patrick von Pattay

Internationally experienced Program Manager in Oil & Gas industry, skilled in managing complex projects in production enhancement and field development.

Strong reputation of delivering sustainable and commercially valuable solutions, leveraging new technologies, innovative working approaches and best practice solutions.

Combines technical and operational expertise including joint venture experience to build, inspire and manage cross-functional multicultural teams.

Held various positions in R&D, Business Consulting, Oilfield Services and with an Operator, currently heading Wintershall’s Digital Strategy Project.

William David Hartell

David Hartell has extensive onshore and offshore oil and gas developments experience including facilities engineering, construction, installation, project management, and production operations. His developments experience ranged from onshore remote locations to offshore deepwater locations. He has been responsible for managing subsurface asset, drilling and completion, and production operations teams. He developed Integrated Intelligent Operations & Production (IIO&P) strategies for remote facilities in Northwest Australia, the South Atlantic, and West Africa. He has prepared Reliability, Operability, and Maintainability focused strategies with industry partners for remote monitoring and diagnostics, data analytics, visualisation including augmented reality / virtual reality, and integrated production management systems across subsurface assets, subsea facilities, and surface facilities.
