Hetal is global product lead for HSBC and responsible for delivery and outcomes for open banking services across the group.  HSBC is now live with open banking services in 18 markets, accessed by more than 500,000 customers.

Prior to this role he led front office commercial/corporate banking teams at Barclays, as well as heading strategy functions at both Lloyds and Barclays.  He is a keen adopter of new technologies and all things digital.
