Osvaldo Valentini

I work as European Financial Solutions Manager at Hyundai Motor Europe, where I leverage over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Our target as OEM is to grow Vehicle Lifetime Value (VLV) by increasing the penetration of Captive TCM Products & Leasing, which are key drivers for long-term sustainability and customer loyalty.

Before joining Hyundai, I worked as a Chief Commercial Officer at VOOL, a cleantech start-up that is creating disruptive solutions to make EV charging systems dynamic and enable more electric vehicle (EV) charging with the same grid power. I set the business development direction, designed the go-to-market strategy, and started sales expansion beyond the Baltics. I am passionate about fostering people’s mobility with innovative and green solutions.

Most of my automotive experience comes from my tenure at Toyota Motor Europe, at Toyota Baltic as MD, and at Toyota Motor Russia, where I was responsible for Lexus sales. I developed international experience in sales and marketing, used cars, fleet sales, financial and insurance services, and after-sales. I thrive on teamwork, problem-solving, commercial thinking, and decision-making.

Roland MUELLER

Roland Mueller, Sales and Marketing Manager Americas, Micro Crystal

Returning from living abroad for over 20 years, Roland joined Micro Crystal in Switzerland as Sales and Marketing Manager in 2011. Besides overseeing the sales activities within the Americas, he is also responsible for Micro Crystal’s major medical implantable customers. Before joining Micro Crystal, he held sales and management positions in US based medical equipment and high-tech components companies. His educational background is in electronics and mechanics, and early on in his career he has been drawn to companies also operating within the medical field. When not supporting his customers, Roland spends time with the family, motorcycling and on extensive walks with his dog in the nearby mountains.

 

Nicolas MOSER

Nicolas Moser, Technical Marketing Manager, Micro Crystal

Nicolas joined Micro Crystal as Technical Marketing Manager in 2020. He brings a wealth of expertise from his experience in Product Development, Technical Support, Product Management, and Technical Sales within the sensor industry, covering industrial, consumer, and automotive applications. Nicolas holds an Electrical Engineering degree with a specialization in Test & Measurement and has a passion for quantifying the world around him. He believes that any sensor measurement is greatly enhanced when paired with an accurate and reliable time reference. Outside of work, Nicolas enjoys trail running, playing badminton, and engaging in various sports activities.

Martin Feith

Martin is an experienced expert in bank and leasing management, as well as IT. He has been Member of the Executive Board at Financial Insititutions, Captives, Banks and IT Companies. He is a graduate (Master in Commerce) from Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics). Since 25 years he is taking a leading role (also operative) in various IT projects in the Financial Service Industry.

Jeroen Schoorel

With extensive innovation and brand marketing experience, Jeroen has been working for large international fmcg companies in various leadership roles across the world.

During his last assignment for Heineken, Jeroen led the introduction of the first returnable bottle system in Cambodia.

Currently, Jeroen is involved in the set-up of a new team for Sustainability in Heineken Global Commerce & Innovation. One of the key priorities of this team is to maximise circularity.
