Before entering the clinical research industry, Cole conducted assessments for Autism (ADOS-II) in the greater Philadelphia area and completed behavioral consulting.

Rachel Delacour
Sweep cofounder and CEO Rachel Delacour is an award-wining repeat entrepreneur with a background in finance. In 2009, she cofounded BIME Analytics, a pioneering business intelligence SaaS which was acquired by US customer service company Zendesk six years later. Rachel worked there as General Manager until she decided to use her talent to help clean the climate mess with Sweep.
A leading female figure in European tech, Rachel was elected co-President of France Digitale in 2018 and her thought leadership has been featured in The Economist and The Wall Street Journal. An advocate for women in tech, she has backed several female-founded US and French startups.
Thibault Renaud
Thibault Renaud’s motto in life and at work is: “Learn stuff and have fun.” He practices that by collaborating with various internal and external experts, challenging the status quo, and looking for better and new innovative ways of operating.
Thibault joined GE Healthcare in 2014 and has been promoted into different Supply Chain roles such as Sourcing and Logistic Strategy before joining Cytiva’s first working group on Sustainability in January 2020. In early 2021, Thibault’s responsibilities increased to lead a program identifying and achieving sustainability targets in our packaging, logistics, sourcing, and carbon management. He now leads the Sustainability transformation Strategy effort across Cytiva.
Thibault views his role as an enabler to help all associates and partners to understand, measure, and act on Sustainability in order to accelerate the decarbonization of the company and the industry.

Raimondo Giavi
Raimondo Giavi is Vice President Hydrogen for the Industrial & Energy Technology business of Baker Hughes (NASDAQ: BKR), responsible for building the hydrogen business for the company since 2019, when he joined the company.
He has 30+ years of cross-functional experience matured internationally across the energy, industrial and automotive sectors within technology companies, where he managed complex portfolios of
rotating machinery, valves, control systems and related services. His experience also include private equity, evaluating and acquiring businesses in various industrial spaces.
Raimondo holds a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Padua, Italy, an MBA and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado and a post-graduate diploma in digital business from MIT and Columbia University.
Chris Gill
Chris joined Worley in China in 2011. Since 2020, he has been responsible for Worley’s global Hydrogen sector where he has been leading the strategic development and growth in the low carbon hydrogen market. In this role Chris is responsible for establishing Worley’s strategy for hydrogen and working with the global businesses, and external stakeholders, to grow the business.
Prior to this Chris led the global Chemicals sector from joining Worley until 2018, delivering organic revenue growth from $50m to $500m per annum over that period. Chris was heavily involved in the Jacobs ECR acquisition as a member of the due diligence and integration teams. Following the Jacobs ECR acquisition he was responsible for Worley’s businesses in Belgium, Sweden & Spain.
Steven Chiu
Started with the FDA in 2009 as a Consumer Safety Officer in the San Francisco District Office (Alameda, CA) and focused primarily on imported FDA regulated products including Field Work, Entry Review, FSVP (Foreign Supplier Verification Program), and Special Operations. Have also conducted GMP inspections of Foods, Seafood HACCP, and Dietary Supplement manufacturers. Also worked in the South San Francisco Resident Post from 2013 to 2019 and currently stationed in the San Francisco District Office. Promoted to Import Specialist in 2023.
