She continues to serve as Senior Advisor to Climate Bonds as well as being a member of several industry working groups.

Nadia Adjeroun is a Legal Counsel specializing in sustainable finance regulations. After having gained substantial experience in debt and capital market transactions and corporate governance, she is now advising on the implementation of ESG regulations and the mitigation of litigation risks. Nadia holds a Master’s degree in European Business law from Nancy II University in France, has practiced as a qualified lawyer in Luxembourg and is a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA).
Cosmin has 20+ years’ experience in banking, consulting and sustainability, o/w 10 years in team leadership roles. He leads teams responsible to insert Sustainability stakes in Global Banking activities and decisions, by building a bridge between infrastructure (ESG data, risks & regulations,…) and commercial stakes with our Corporate clients.
Previously, Cosmin built up and led CIB Consulting & Transformation, in-house consultancy involved in sustainability initiatives such as Net Zero Banking Alliance or build-up of Low Carbon Transition Group.
Prior to joining BNP Paribas in 2010, Cosmin worked as strategy and risk management consultant for clients in banking and various industries
