Kevin is an Associate Director in the Risk-Based Quality Management Center of Excellence (RBQM COE) at Daiichi-Sankyo. The RBQM COE partners within BDM, with cross-functional stakeholders, and CRO partners to optimize RBQM processes and tools. The RBQM COE has central (e.g., as process owners developing and delivering tools and training) and Program/Study-level responsibilities (providing guidance to study teams).
Kevin has 40+ years of industry experience working for numerous companies in various positions (Data Management, Quality & Compliance, Operational Excellence/Change Management, and RBQM). He received a BS in Biology from Ursinus College, an MS in Biology from Villanova University, and is certified in Lean Six Sigma and multiple Change Management methodologies.

Jehan, Associate Director, Functional Excellence, Biostatistics & Data Management (BDM), Daiichi Sankyo, Inc.
Jehan is an Associate Director in the Biostatistics & Data Management Functional Excellence at Daiichi-Sankyo. In this role, Jehan partners with BDM and R&D teams on functional initiatives, system roll outs, and committee as well as supporting key partners like the RBQM COE as a member.
Jehan has 18+ years of industry experience working for numerous companies in various positions (TMF, Clinical Monitoring, Quality & Compliance, Operational Excellence/Change Management, Metrics/Benchmarking and RBQM). He received a BA in Cell Biology & Neuroscience from Rutgers College, an MBS in Biomedical Science from the University of Medicine and Dentistry NJ (UMDNJ), and is certified Auditing and Change Management methodologies.

Thomas Ryan is Head of Agri-Sustainability and Customer Engagement at Tirlán, where with colleagues and our farmer owners he has co-designed our sustainability strategy called Living Proof. The five core pillars of our Co-op wide Living Proof sustainability strategy are: carbon reduction, regenerative agriculture, natural nutrition, circular economy and growing together.
Sustainability is an integral part of all we do in Tirlán, where our farm families’ focus on a better future is supported by our c.€18m annually Sustainability Action Payment that incentivises positive on-farm actions that enhance economic, environmental and social sustainability in the areas of carbon reduction, improving air quality, biodiversity, soil health, water protection, animal health and welfare and reducing fossil fuel use.
Thomas is a member of the Irish Environmental Law Association, Agricultural Science Association and an inaugural recipient of Royal Dublin Society’s Talamh sustainability award.
Darren Hughes is Head of Product Marketing at iProov, a biometric authentication company whose technologies have been deployed across public and private sector organizations worldwide including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Singapore GovTech, U.K.’s National Health Service (NHS), UBS, and Eurostar.
His previous experience spans 20 years in financial services technology endeavours including Open Banking, data analysis and data integration for enhancing customer experience, and security.
Mads Bjerre Andersen has dedicated nearly 20 years of his career to advancing membrane filtration technology, with experience spanning across renowned companies such as Tetra Pak, SPX FLOW, and currently GEA. Holding a Master’s degree in Dairy Science and Technology from the Royal Agricultural and Veterinarian University of Denmark, his expertise lies at the intersection of innovation and dairy production. Since completing his studies in 1992, Mads has not only contributed to the membrane filtration field but has also delved into sales of turnkey dairy projects and UHT lines. Additionally, he has been actively involved in product and packaging development within the cheese industry, showcasing his versatile skill set and comprehensive understanding of the dairy sector.
Digital Supply Chain Enthusiast. Built a career in Digital Supply Chain while working through ERP and other implementations in various healthcare organizations. Led Digital transformation programs for large Biotech’s and other global Supply Chain Planning initiatives. Experienced in systems integrations through M&A’s. Very excited with what the future holds from a Digital Supply Chain standpoint.
Andrea Ochoa is Senior Vice President, Global Clinical Operations, at Premier Research. Ms. Ochoa has more than 20 years of clinical operations experience in a variety of positions. In her current role, she oversees operational delivery across Europe and Asia-Pacific. She provides expert advice and strategies to operationalize and navigate the complex regulatory and start-up environment.
Prior to joining Premier Research, Ms. Ochoa held several positions of increasing responsibility at MDS Pharma Services and INC Research. She has a master’s degree in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy from the Luria Institute in Madrid, Spain, and bachelor’s degrees in psychology (UNED, Madrid) and law (Complutense University of Madrid). Ms. Ochoa is certified as Lean Sigma Green Belt since 2009.
Bill is a 20 year life sciences veteran with a specialization in eClinical Solutions. He has held roles with global pharma, CRO and technology providers with responsibilities spanning service delivery leadership, partnerships, strategy, innovation, and business development. He has been active and influential in key consortiums including CDISC, SCDM and TransCelerate (notably the co-architect of the Digital Data Flow workstream). Bill has a passion for applying innovative technology towards enhancing the ability to deliver new therapies to the world faster.
